河南省少年儿童网球培训现状研究

【摘要】：随着社会不断的发展,我们的生活水平也持续提升。网球运动不再是贵族运动,网球文化开始影响着人们的生活。网球运动在国际上迅速发展,已经到了高速发展时期。网球运动在受到人们关注的同时,许多人积极参与到网球运动,越来越多的家长让子女参与网球训练中去。少年儿童网球训练是整个网球运动发展的基础。少年儿童时期是运动项目发展的关键时期,网球通常需要8-10年系统训练,才能培养出高水平的运动员,因此网球培训必须在儿童时期开展。本文以河南省5-17岁参加网球运动的少年儿童网球运动开展现状作为研究对象。运用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计方法、逻辑分析法,笔者对河南省参加网球运动的少年儿童的个人情况、家庭情况、从事培训少年儿童的教练员情况和河南省用于培训少年儿童的场地设施现状进行调查分析。找出制约少年儿童网球运动开展的因素,为河南省少年儿童网球运动发展提出合理化建议。通过调查分析得出：(1)河南省参加网球培训5-17岁的少年儿童的人数较少,参与者每次的锻炼时间短、锻炼的间隔时间长、锻炼的质量不理想。(2)从事少年儿童网球培训的教练员的女性很少；年龄结构年轻化,高水平教练员少；指教年限短,缺乏经验与阅历。(3)教练员与参训少年儿童比例失调,教练员少,参加培训的少年儿童多。教练员每年参加培训的次数少,参加培训的人数不多,缺乏教练员岗位培训。(4)教练员的工资水平一般,教练员对薪酬满意度不高。(5)河南省对少年儿童网球运动的重视程度不是很高、培养机制不完善、缺乏专业的少年儿童网球培训机构、投入的资金不足。(6)少年儿童运动员的初步选材基本没有进行,存在资金不足、场地少、设施差、难以满足少年儿童训练的需要问题。(7)河南省举行少年儿童网球比赛场次少。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, our standard of living has been continuously improved. Tennis is no longer a noble sport, tennis culture has begun to affect people's lives. Tennis has developed rapidly in the world. Tennis has come to a period of rapid development. While tennis has attracted people's attention, many people actively participate in tennis. More and more parents are letting their children participate in tennis training. Children's tennis training is the basis of the development of tennis. Childhood is the key period of sports development. Tennis usually takes 8-10 years of systematic training. Therefore, tennis training must be carried out in childhood. The present situation of tennis development among children aged 5-17 years in Henan Province is taken as the research object. Questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, logical analysis, the author's personal and family situation of children participating in tennis in Henan Province, The situation of coaches engaged in training children and the present situation of venues and facilities used to train children in Henan Province were investigated and analyzed. The factors restricting the development of children's tennis were found out. Through investigation and analysis, it is concluded that the number of children aged 5 to 17 attending tennis training in Henan Province is relatively small, the time for participants to exercise each time is short, and the interval between exercises is long. The quality of exercise is not ideal. (2) the number of coaches engaged in tennis training for children is very few; the age structure is younger and the high-level coaches are few; the teaching period is short, the lack of experience and experience. 3) the proportion of coaches and children in training is out of balance. The number of coaches who attend the training each year is low, and the number of people who take part in the training is not large, and the salary level of the coaches is generally lower than that of the coaches who lack on-the-job training. Coaches' satisfaction with salary is not high. (5) Henan Province does not attach great importance to children's tennis, the training mechanism is not perfect, and there is a lack of professional children's tennis training institutions. (6) the initial selection of children's athletes has not been carried out, there are insufficient funds, few venues, poor facilities, and it is difficult to meet the needs of children's training. 7) the number of times of holding children's tennis matches in Henan Province is few.
