高校转型期体育教育专业发展路径及对策研究

【摘要】:高校体育教育专业在改革开放以来经历了多次重大的改革,纵观我国体育教育专业的发展历史,招生模式、培养目标、课程设置与就业格局都出现了不同程度的变化,主要的目的亦是为了促使体育教育专业更好地适应社会发展的需求。然而在新常态背景下,看似日趋合理的体育教育专业改革却面临内部结构矛盾日益突出的挑战与机遇,具体表现为:地方高校体育教育专业专项技术弱化与招生模式的不均衡;对培养目标认识模糊,未能突出核心目标,脱离实际;课程设置缺乏以人为本思想;体育教育师资队伍专业技术缺乏,科研创新与教学能力不足;就业实践体系滞后于社会需求等问题。所以针对目前经济社会发展呈现新常态,基础教育与高等教育改革对接的愿望愈加迫切,地方经济发展急需进行内涵式转型的背景,需要将高校体育教育专业往应用型人才方向转变,使其能更好的走向就业岗位,服务社会。本研究着重采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、比较研究法,对我国体育教育专业发展的历史沿革、问题和原因进行分析,提出调整发展路径的基本设想:构建高校体育教育培养模式的分类体系,做好人才培养定位;树立适应各类高校类型的体育教育专业招生模式;优化以人为本的体育教育专业课程设置;制定“双师双能”型体育教育师资队伍与教师专业发展路径;完善体育教育专业教育实践体系,促进产教融合。旨在为不同类型地方高校体育教育专业的发展提供思考与借鉴。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up to the outside world, the major of physical education in colleges and universities has undergone many major reforms. The history of the development of physical education in China, the enrollment model, the training objectives, the curriculum and the pattern of employment have all changed to varying degrees. The main purpose is also to promote the physical education specialty to adapt to the needs of social development better. However, under the background of the new normal, the seemingly rational reform of physical education specialty is facing the increasingly prominent challenges and opportunities of internal structural contradictions. The specific manifestations are as follows: the weakening of special technology of physical education major in local colleges and universities and the imbalance of enrollment mode; the vague understanding of the training goal, the failure to highlight the core goal, the absence of reality; the lack of people-oriented thinking in curriculum design; Physical education teachers lack professional technology, scientific research innovation and teaching ability are insufficient, employment practice system lags behind social needs, so the present economic and social development presents a new normal. The desire of the basic education and higher education reform is more and more urgent, the local economic development urgently needs to carry on the connotation type transformation background, needs to change the university physical education specialty to the application type talented person direction, enables it to move towards the employment post better. This study focuses on the methods of literature, expert interview and comparative research to analyze the history, problems and causes of the development of physical education in China. The basic assumption of adjusting the development path is put forward: to construct the classification system of the physical education training mode in colleges and universities, to do a good job of personnel training orientation, to set up the physical education specialty enrollment model adapted to all kinds of colleges and universities; To optimize the curriculum of physical education specialty based on people-oriented; to formulate the "double teachers and two abilities" type of physical education teachers and teachers' professional development path; to improve the system of physical education professional education practice, To promote the integration of industry and education. The purpose of this paper is to provide reflection and reference for the development of physical education major in different types of local universities.
