基于熵值法的校园足球可持续发展评价体系构建研究——以四川省校园足球为例

【摘要】：校园足球可持续发展已成为促进足球后备人才培养,推动足球运动发展的重要因素。本文基于系统学理论构建出校园足球可持续发展评价指标体系的模型,并运用熵值法对四川省2009-2014年校园足球可持续发展进行了动态评价,研究表明:四川省校园足球可持续发展水平不断提高,社会、人口、经济、资源、协调发展各子系统的发展水平都呈现出不同程度的上升趋势。但是,目前对政府政策、财政拨款具有强烈的依赖性,且子系统间协调性较差,长期可持续发展能力不足。因此,在优化校园足球内部结构,提升"硬实力"的同时提升"软实力",推进校园足球市场化,拓展校园足球发展多元化路径,增强整个系统的有序性和协调性,是四川省校园足球可持续发展的有效途径。
[Abstract]:The sustainable development of campus football has become an important factor to promote the training of football reserve talents and promote the development of football. Based on the theory of systematics, this paper constructs the evaluation index system model of campus football sustainable development. The dynamic evaluation of the sustainable development of campus football in Sichuan Province from 2009 to 2014 is carried out by using the entropy method. The research shows that the sustainable development level of campus football in Sichuan Province is constantly improving, social, population, economy, resources, social, population, economy, and resources. The development level of each subsystem of coordinated development shows an upward trend in varying degrees. However, at present, there is a strong dependence on government policies and financial allocations, and the coordination among subsystems is poor, and the long-term capacity for sustainable development is insufficient. In optimizing the internal structure of campus football, promoting "hard power" and "soft power" at the same time, promoting the marketization of campus football, expanding the diversified path of campus football development, enhancing the order and coordination of the whole system, It is an effective way for the sustainable development of campus football in Sichuan province.
