探寻茶文化与体育文化的共性

【摘要】：在我国传统文化中,茶文化是一块最为绚丽多彩的文化瑰宝。茶文化的传承与发展是每一个中国人义不容辞的责任和使命。但是从现实情况来看,我国文化教育体系中对茶文化的重视度还有待提高。本文以体育教育为切入点,探讨了茶文化与体育文化的共性,并尝试构建茶文化与体育文化的融合路径,一方面推进我国茶文化的传承与发展,另一方面为我国体育教育注入茶文化内涵,促进我国体育教育事业健康长远发展。
[Abstract]:In the traditional culture of our country, tea culture is the most colorful cultural treasure. The inheritance and development of tea culture is the responsibility and mission of every Chinese. But from the point of view of reality, The emphasis on tea culture in our country's cultural and educational system needs to be improved. This paper discusses the commonness of tea culture and sports culture by taking physical education as the starting point, and tries to construct the fusion path between tea culture and sports culture. On the one hand, it promotes the inheritance and development of tea culture in our country, on the other hand, it infuses the connotation of tea culture into the physical education of our country, and promotes the healthy long-term development of our country's physical education.
