增强式训练对网球运动员灵敏素质影响的实证研究

【摘要】:网球运动是一项将竞技性、观赏性等特点融为一体的体育运动项目,是世界第二大运动,深受人们喜爱。网球运动要求运动员能够快速适应场上变化,迅速、快捷跑动的同时还要随时变换不同方向以及对来球的准确判断,强调“减速”与随后的“再加速”,并且包括“变换方向和动作”等能力,即要求网球运动员需具有较好的灵敏素质。由此可见“灵敏素质”在竞技网球运动中也是比较重要的,其对灵敏素质的训练不可忽视。本文采用文献资料法、访谈法、观察法、数理统计法、比较法、实验法等研究方法。通过对实验组和对照组的受试对象进行为期8周的实验,要求实验组和对照组在训练内容一致的情况下,实验组增加增强式训练方法进行训练,对照组不加入增强式训练方法。在为期8周的训练结束后再对实验组和对照组进行测试数据的对比与分析,找出通过增强式训练是否可以对网球运动员灵敏素质产生影响,并找出影响因素,为今后的网球训练提供理论参考依据。本文研究的场地主要是针对硬地,红土和草地除外。从增强式训练出发,通过实验研究,旨在考察增强式训练在网球运动中对灵敏素质的影响效果,提高教练员和运动员对灵敏素质促进网球技术的学习、训练、比赛效果的认识,提升网球教练员在网球教学、训练中对灵敏素质训练的重视,并将其切实有效的落实到具体的训练中,且对其训练方法手段进行不断的创新。一方面,针对力量训练中的下肢爆发力训练和灵敏素质训练使网球运动员击球步法的快速移动能力、移动位置的准确性以及击球瞬间的爆发力得到提高,同时也可以促进网球运动员本身协调性的提高。另一方面,针对下肢的爆发力所采用增强式训练方法,并将其应用到网球运动的专项训练中,探讨适宜的训练负荷强度对网球运动员下肢灵敏素质的专项能力效果的影响,为网球教练员和运动员进行合理、科学的专项训练提供参考和帮助。研究结果:通过为期8周的实验训练后,采用了增强式训练的实验组和未采用增强式训练的对照组,它们的各项测试成绩均有所提高。其测试结果是实验组的网球运动员的下肢爆发力在实验前后呈现出非常显著性差异(P0.01),而对照组的网球运动员的下肢爆发力在实验前后呈现出的是显著性差异(P0.05)。实验组的各项灵敏指标在实验前后的测试成绩都呈现出非常显著性差异(P0.01),对照组的各项灵敏指标的测试成绩在实验前后是呈显著性差异的(P0.05)。经过实验组和对照组在实验前、后测试的下肢爆发力指标及灵敏素质指标的比较得知:增强式训练能够更好的使网球运动员的下肢爆发力和灵敏素质得到提高。
[Abstract]:Tennis is a competitive, ornamental and other characteristics of the sports events, is the second largest sport in the world, deeply loved. While running quickly, it is necessary to change different directions at any time and to judge accurately the incoming ball, emphasizing "deceleration" and subsequent "re-acceleration", and including the ability to "change direction and action", etc. That is to say, tennis players are required to have better sensitive qualities. It can be seen that "sensitive quality" is also more important in competitive tennis, and its training of sensitive qualities should not be ignored. This paper adopts the methods of literature, interview and observation. Mathematical statistics, comparative method, experimental method and other research methods. The subjects of the experimental group and the control group were tested for 8 weeks, and the experimental group and the control group were required to have the same training content. The experimental group was trained with enhanced training method, while the control group was not added to the enhanced training method. After 8 weeks of training, the test data of the experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed. To find out whether the enhanced training can affect the sensitive quality of tennis players, and find out the influencing factors, to provide a theoretical basis for the future tennis training. With the exception of red earth and grassland, the purpose of this paper is to investigate the effect of enhanced training on the sensitive quality of tennis, and to improve the coaches and athletes to improve the learning and training of tennis skills, starting from the enhanced training and through the experimental study, the purpose of this paper is to investigate the effect of the enhanced training on the sensitive quality of tennis. The recognition of the competition effect, the enhancement of tennis coaches' attention to the sensitive quality training in tennis teaching and training, and the practical and effective implementation of it into the specific training, and the continuous innovation of its training methods and means, on the one hand, In view of the lower extremity explosive force training and sensitive quality training in strength training, the tennis players' ability to move fast, the accuracy of moving position and the explosive force at the moment of hitting can be improved. At the same time, it can also promote the coordination of tennis players themselves. On the other hand, for the explosive force of the lower extremities, the enhanced training method is adopted, and it is applied to the special training of tennis. This paper discusses the effect of appropriate training load on the special ability of tennis players' lower extremity sensitive quality, which is reasonable for tennis coaches and athletes. Research results: after 8 weeks of experimental training, the experimental group with enhanced training and the control group with no reinforcement training were given, the results of the study were as follows: after 8 weeks of experimental training, the experimental group with enhanced training and the control group with no enhanced training were provided with reference and help. The test results showed that the lower extremity explosive force of the tennis players in the experimental group showed a very significant difference before and after the experiment, while that of the tennis players in the control group was real. There was a significant difference before and after the test (P 0.05). The test scores of each sensitive index in the experimental group showed significant difference before and after the experiment. The test results of the control group showed significant difference before and after the experiment, and the test results of the control group were significant before and after the experiment. Before the experiment, the experimental group and the control group before the experiment, The comparison of the lower extremity explosive force index and the sensitive quality index after the test shows that the enhanced training can improve the lower extremity explosive force and the sensitive quality of tennis players better.
