5E教学在非体育类院校乒乓球公体课中运用的实证研究

【摘要】：5E教学特点在于教师通过启发、引导、辅助、指南等方式,教授运动技术过程穿插科学概念,促进学生积极参与、激发兴趣、主动探究并自我构建属于自身的知识与技术体系(学习是先由浅入深,再由深入浅的过程)。在师生教与学的双边动态活动中,重视理实结合和理论引导实践,促使学生不仅知其然而且更加知其所以然的最佳效果,将其最大限度地反应在实际生活运用之中,达到灵活运用,举一反三的效果。有助于培养学生养成良好的运动锻炼习惯,建立“健康第一”和“终身体育”的良好思想。本文研究对象为川北幼儿师范高等专科学校乒乓球公体课中的实验研究,在教学实验当中运用多种研究方法:实验法、文献资料、调查访问、逻辑分析、数理统计等,对该校2016级初专学前教育专业学生进行了为期十八周实验教学研究,将实验对象采纳便利抽样分为两组:实验组(运用5E教学)、对照组(运用常规教学)。通过运用5E教学,理实相融,基于学生所掌握乒乓球的三项技术水平、学习兴趣、期末综合成绩等方面的测试结果进行统计、对比与分析,得出结论:(1)5E教学在非体育类院校乒乓球公体课教学中的运用具有可实施操作且有良好效果。(2)相比使用常规教学之下,实验教学当中运用5E教学在提升整体技术达标成绩并未存有显著效果,但在增加高分阶段并减少低分阶段人数中效果显著。(3)实验当中的两组学生的乒乓球基本技术技评水平之间存有显著性差异。说明5E教学在乒乓球公体课教学中的应用,注重理实一体,在实践中升华理论,达到使学生不仅知其然而且更加知其所以然的最佳效果。(4)通过兴趣问卷调查,实验组与对照组学生之间存在显著的差异。表明在课堂教学融入5E教学,学生兴趣高涨、调动学习热情、增加课堂参与度等。(5)实验组、对照组两组学生间在期末综合成绩中存在显著效果,即实验组期末成绩优于对照组。表明5E教学在实验组当中存有很好的教学效果。(6)在实验后,运用5E教学实验组学生的试教能力优于对照组的,存在显著效果。凸显实验组学生能够积极参与、自主探究,以分组合作进行互助式学与练,在潜移默化之中形成并提升学生的试教能力,增加学生未来择业就职的优势。
[Abstract]:The characteristic of 5E teaching lies in that the teachers teach the sports technical process through the methods of inspiration, guidance, assistance, guide, and so on, so as to promote the students' active participation and stimulate their interest. Active inquiry and self-construction of knowledge and technology system belonging to oneself (learning is from shallow to deep, then from deep to shallow). In the bilateral dynamic activities of teaching and learning by teachers and students, we should attach importance to the combination of theory and practice, To promote students not only to know what it is, but also to know the best effect of what it is, to reflect it to the maximum extent in the actual life, to achieve the effect of flexible use and to draw the same conclusion, which is helpful to train students to develop good exercise habits. To establish the good thought of "health first" and "lifelong physical education". The object of this study is the experimental study of table tennis public sports in the North Sichuan normal School of Preschool Teachers' College. In the teaching experiment, there are many kinds of research methods: experimental method, experiment method, Literature, investigation and interview, logic analysis, mathematical statistics, etc., were used to study the experimental teaching for 18 weeks for the students majoring in pre-school education of the year 2016. The subjects were divided into two groups: the experimental group (using 5e teaching method) and the control group (using conventional teaching method). Through statistics, comparison and analysis of the final comprehensive results, the conclusion is drawn that the application of "1 + 5e" in the teaching of table tennis public sports in non-sports colleges and universities can be operated and has a good effect. (2) compared with the conventional teaching, the application of the "1 + 1" 5e teaching in the non-sports colleges and universities is more effective than that of the conventional teaching. In the experiment teaching, the application of 5e teaching has no significant effect in improving the achievement of the overall technical standard. But there was significant difference between the two groups in the experiment of increasing the number of high stages and reducing the number of low stages. There was a significant difference between the two groups of students in the basic technical evaluation of table tennis, which indicated the application of 5e teaching in the teaching of table tennis public sports. Pay attention to the integration of theory and practice, sublimate the theory in practice, so that students not only know what it is, but also know the best effect of what it is. There were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group, which indicated that in the classroom teaching, the interest of the students was high, the enthusiasm of learning was aroused, and the participation of the class was increased. There was significant effect in the final comprehensive results between the two groups of students in the control group, that is, the final grade of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, which indicated that 5e teaching had a good teaching effect in the experimental group. The students of the experimental group were better than those of the control group in the ability of trial teaching by using 5e teaching, which had remarkable effect. The students in the experimental group could participate actively, explore independently, and cooperate in groups to learn and practice each other. In the process of imperceptible formation and enhancement of students' ability to try and teach, increase students' advantage of choosing a career and taking up a job in the future.
