PBL辅助教学法应用在排球正面双手垫球技术教学中的实验研究

【摘要】:随着学校体育越来越受到人们的关注和重视,如何在有限的课时范围内提高学生技能水平,激发学生对体育锻炼的积极主动性,促进学生综合能力的提升,成为了高校公共体育课教师亟待解决的课题。本研究以甘肃医学院2015级排球选项课学生作为实验对象和对照对象,选取了排球正面双手垫球技术为内容,采用PBL辅助教学进行实证研究,对所取得的课堂效果进行检验比较。研究运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、教学实验法和数理统计法相结合进行,探讨分析了PBL辅助教学对垫球理论知识和技术水平的影响;对学生综合素质提升的影响;对教师发挥作用和角色转变的影响,为提高医学生排球课教学效果和体育课教学方法改革提供参考和依据,通过实验证明,在医学院校体育选项课教学中把PBL教学法与传统体育教学法进行有机结合,实验班的课堂教学效果比较明显的好于对照班,在教学开展过程中,有效的提升了学生在练习时的专注力,使得师生之间、生生之间的相互交流和探讨得到加强,有效的提升了自学能力,培养了发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力,这些能力和意识的提高,对学生学习主动性的有效促进起到了非常积极的作用。充分激发学生的表现欲望并大大增强他们的自信心。PBL辅助教学让学生的整个学习过程得到了很大推动,更深层次的激发出学生进行学习、练习的热情。课堂上营造出了团队协作、互帮互学的热烈氛围,极大的激发了每个成员的集体荣誉感和个人在组内的聪明才智发挥,为了一个共同的目标各尽所能,相互沟通,相互交流学习,相互鼓励带动,相互指导帮助。有助于学生将理论知识和实践练习得到有效结合,促进了技术动作更快的掌握,通过反馈和指导,又进一步提高了学生用实践检验和补充理论的能力。结合解剖学、生理学知识,让运动与医学知识交叉融合,促进了学生对相关专业知识的学习和理解。
[Abstract]:With more and more attention being paid to school physical education, how to improve the students' skill level in the limited time range, how to stimulate the students' active initiative to physical exercise, and how to promote the students' comprehensive ability. It has become an urgent task for public physical education teachers in colleges and universities. This study takes the students of the 2015 volleyball elective course in Gansu Medical College as the experimental object and the control object, and selects the volleyball forehand cushion technology as the content. In this paper, PBL assisted teaching is used to carry out the empirical research, and the classroom effect is tested and compared. The research is carried out by the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, teaching experiment and mathematical statistics. This paper discusses and analyzes the influence of PBL assisted instruction on the theoretical knowledge and technical level of the ball, on the improvement of students' comprehensive quality, on the influence of teachers' role and role change, In order to improve the teaching effect of volleyball and the reform of physical education teaching method for medical students, it was proved by experiment that PBL teaching method and traditional physical education teaching method should be combined organically in the teaching of elective course of physical education in medical colleges and universities. The effect of classroom teaching in the experimental class is obviously better than that in the control class. In the process of teaching, the students' concentration in practice is effectively enhanced, so that the communication and discussion between teachers and students and between students and students are strengthened. Improved self-learning skills, problem detection, problem analysis and problem-solving skills, and increased awareness and awareness. It has played a very positive role in the effective promotion of students' learning initiative. Fully stimulating students' desire for expression and greatly enhancing their self-confidence. PBL assisted teaching has greatly promoted the whole learning process of students. A deeper level of enthusiasm for students to learn and practice. The classroom creates a warm atmosphere of teamwork and mutual learning, which greatly inspires the collective sense of honor of each member and the individual's intelligence in the group. In order to achieve a common goal, to do their best, to communicate with each other, to communicate with each other, to learn, to encourage each other, to guide each other, to help students to effectively combine theoretical knowledge with practical practice, and to promote faster mastery of technical movements. Through feedback and guidance, the students' ability to test and supplement theory with practice is further improved. Combined with anatomy and physiology knowledge, sports and medical knowledge are intersected, and the students' learning and understanding of relevant professional knowledge are promoted.
