体育院校学生乒乓球裁判员等级培养方式的研究

【摘要】：随着乒乓球运动的广泛开展、体育规则和体育器材的日益更新,各种规模乒乓球赛事的举办越来越多,那么势必对各体育院校所培养出的乒乓球裁判员的数量和质量提出了更严格的标准,体育院校是培养复合型体育人才的基地,利用自身优势去培养高质量的裁判也是每个体育院校应尽的责任之一。根据国家体育总局下发的《体育总局办公厅关于进一步做好行政审批取消后裁判员管理工作的通知》的相关规定,结合《中国乒乓球协会裁判员管理办法》(试行),目前,体育院校对乒乓球裁判员的培养处于衔接阶段。本文以六所体育院校学生乒乓球裁判员等级培养方式为研究对象,应用文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法对各体育院校学生乒乓球裁判员培养的每个环节进行研究和对比分析,得出以下结论:1、通过对调查问卷的分析,可知部分体育院校在乒乓球裁判员等级培养过程中缺乏监管措施,对乒乓球裁判员的培养工作不够重视,对不同等级乒乓球裁判员培养目标的制定不够明确。在乒乓球裁判竞赛规则和裁判法教学过程中,裁判课时安排相对较少,多以理论为主而往往忽略临场实践。2、在课余时间,学生对乒乓球裁判知识的学习普遍缺乏主动性,导致在比赛临场执裁时对规则的应用生疏,部分体育院校学生乒乓球裁判员参与竞赛执裁机会少,使学生临场经验缺乏,不利于乒乓球裁判员业务水平的进一步提高,在乒乓球裁判等级考试中,往往理论分值比临场实践分值所占比重多,而且人为因素对临场考核影响大。3、本研究根据各体育院校自身发展的优势与特点,对乒乓球裁判员等级培养过程中各个环节进行对比分析。在此基础上,建立裁判员培养学分制,建立裁判员实践记录表,确立二级和一级裁判理论考核与实践考核的比重,将裁判员培养的各个环节纳入一定的管理制度下。
[Abstract]:With the extensive development of table tennis and the updating of sports rules and sports equipment, more and more table tennis events of various sizes are held. Then it is bound to put forward more stringent standards for the quantity and quality of table tennis referees trained in various sports academies, which are the bases for training compound sports talents. It is also one of the responsibilities of every sports college to use its own advantages to cultivate high quality referees. According to the "General Office of the General Administration of Sports" issued by the State General Administration of Sports, the referees should further do a good job in managing the judges after the cancellation of the administrative examination and approval. The relevant provisions of the notice >, Combined with the "Management of referees of China Table Tennis Association" (try out), at present, the training of ping-pong referees in sports colleges is in the cohesive stage. This paper takes the training methods of ping-pong referees among the students of six physical education colleges as the research object. By using the methods of literature, questionnaire, logic analysis and mathematical statistics, this paper makes a comparative study on each link of the cultivation of ping-pong referees for the students of physical education colleges and universities, and draws the following conclusion: 1, through the analysis of the questionnaire, It can be seen that some sports colleges lack supervision measures in the training process of table tennis referees, and pay less attention to the training of table tennis referees. In the teaching process of ping-pong referee competition rules and judgment method, the referees' class hours are relatively few, most of them focus on theory, but often ignore the field practice. 2, in the after-school time, there are many problems in the teaching of table tennis referees. Students generally lack the initiative to learn table tennis referee knowledge, which leads to the rudimentary application of the rules, and some sports college students have less chance to participate in the competition judgment, which makes the students lack experience on the spot. It is not conducive to the further improvement of the professional level of the ping-pong referees. In the ping-pong referee grade examination, the theoretical score is often more than the practical score on the spot. Moreover, the artificial factors have a great influence on the on-the-spot examination. According to the advantages and characteristics of the development of the physical education institutions, this study makes a comparative analysis of the various links in the training process of table tennis referees. Establish the credit system of referee training, establish the record of referee practice, establish the proportion of the theoretical and practical assessment of the second-level and first-grade judges, and bring all aspects of the training of referees into a certain management system.
