转体动作在近三届啦啦操世锦赛集体花球项目中的应用研究

【摘要】:啦啦操运动主要包括技巧啦啦操和舞蹈啦啦操两大项目类别。集体花球项目目前是我国舞蹈啦啦操项目中普及性最强同时也是最具代表性的一项体育运动,凭借其独特的运动魅力近年来在我国发展尤为突出。通过对集体花球项目的观察研究以及观看啦啦操世界锦标赛的比赛视频,发现转体动作近年来已经逐渐成为集体花球项目中不可或缺的一部分,同时也是其最具表现力、展现团队实力、渲染现场气氛的一大看点。因此,本文试图通过对转体动作在集体花球项目中的应用统计与研究,分析出集体花球项目转体动作的发展现状与结构特征,为我国的舞蹈啦啦操事业发展提供一定的理论参考依据。本文就转体动作在集体花球项目中的应用为研究主体,运用文献资料法、视频分析法、专家访谈法以及数理统计法等研究方法深入探讨与分析转体动作在集体花球项目中的应用现状及特征,研究结果显示:1.集体花球项目转体动作的单一技术动作应用中,相同动作重复使用率较高,使用的动作类型较为单一,缺乏多样性与创新性的体现。2.转体动作在近三届啦啦操世锦赛集体花球项目的应用中,单一技术动作的应用数量呈现递减趋势,组合技术动作与多元技术动作的应用数量呈现出明显的增长趋势,转体动作的编排与应用呈现出多样创新、层次丰富、花样变化、和复杂高难的发展趋势。3.集体花球项目的成套动作中,高难转体动作组合大多分布在成套动作的前半部分,成套动作的后半部分较少出现难度较高的转体动作。4.目前在集体花球项目中,转体动作的衔接方式以操化动作衔接为主,下地动作、跳跃类动作、柔韧类动作以及翻腾类动作应用于转体动作衔接的数量较少,转体动作与衔接动作的空间结构构架较为单薄,仍具有很大的发展及提升空间,同时这也对运动员的身体能力的发展提出了更高的要求。5.在集体花球项目中,运动员完成转体动作的组合方式较为单一,队形切割的层次结构有待丰富,运动员完成转体动作的不同的组合方式的分配比重需要均衡协调发展。
[Abstract]:Cheerleading consists of two major categories: technical cheerleading and dance cheerleading. At present, the collective ball project is the most popular and representative sport in the dance, cheerleading and calisthenics events in our country. By virtue of its unique sports charm, it has developed particularly in China in recent years. Through the observation and study of the collective ball events and watching the video of the tournaments of the world championships, In recent years, it has been found that rotating action has become an indispensable part of the collective ball project, and it is also the most expressive, showing team strength, and rendering the atmosphere of the scene. This paper attempts to analyze the development status and structural characteristics of the rotating action of the collective ball project through the statistics and research on the application of the rotating action in the collective ball project. To provide a certain theoretical reference for the development of dance cheerleading in our country. This paper focuses on the application of rotary action in collective ball projects, using the method of literature and video analysis. The research methods, such as expert interview and mathematical statistics, deeply discuss and analyze the current situation and characteristics of the application of the rotating action in the collective ball project. The research results show that: 1.The single technical action application of the collective ball project. The repetition rate of the same movement is high, the type of action used is single, and the embodiment of diversity and innovation is lacking. The number of application of single technical action is decreasing, the number of combined technical action and multiple technical action is obviously increasing, the arrangement and application of rotating action is varied and innovative, the level is rich, and the pattern is changing. And the development trend of complex and difficult. 3. In the collective ball project, the combination of highly difficult twisting movements is mostly distributed in the first half of the complete set of actions. At present, in the collective ball project, the cohesive mode of the swivel action is mainly connected with the operational action, the ground action, the jump type action, the second half of the complete set of actions is less difficult. The flexible action and the flip type action applied in the rotation movement cohesion quantity is less, the rotation movement and the cohesive movement spatial structure frame is relatively thin, still has the very big development and the promotion space, the movement and the connection movement spatial structure frame is relatively thin, still has the very big development and the promotion space. At the same time, this also put forward higher requirements for the development of athletes' physical ability. 5. In the collective ball project, the combination mode of the athletes to complete the rotation action is relatively single, and the hierarchical structure of formation cutting needs to be rich. It is necessary to balance and coordinate the proportion of the different combinations of athletes to complete the rotation.
