中国职业足球运动员职业道德养成路径研究

【摘要】：2014年10月份,国务院颁布了《关于加快发展体育产业促进体育消费的若干意见》一文,该意见着重提出了两方面的规划,一是足球场地设施规划的制定,二是制定和实施该项运动的中长期发展规划,并在校园和社会两大范围内促进足球运动的普及。这将是我国职业足球发展的一个历史性的机遇。为此,我国的足球运动员不仅要尽快提高技战术水平,更重要的还要提高职业道德水平。本文运用文献资料法、比较分析法和案例分析法,对我国足球职业化改革20年来运动员职业道德方面存在的问题进行了较为深入的分析,得出如下结论：1.职业道德养成教育对足球运动和足球运动员的发展具有重要意义：能够提高足球运动员的整体道德水平和全面素质；能够净化足球领域中的不正之风,将我国的职业足球引向良性发展的道路；有助于中国足球从软件方面实现真正的职业化。2.足球运动员首先是一个具有正当职业的公民,因此不仅应该遵守社会公德,同时应该遵守基本的职业道德。特别是随着中国足球职业化进程的加快,足球运动员作为公众人物,更应该为社会,特别是为青少年树立良好的正面形象,提供更多的正能量。3.我国足球自职业化改制20年来,取得了一定成绩,同时暴露出很多弊端。除了管理体制和运行机制方面的问题之外,官员、俱乐部、教练员、裁判员、运动员等各利益主体在职业道德方面的问题也非常突出。就运动员而言,其职业道德方面的问题主要表现为四类：赌球、假球、球场暴力和年龄造假。4.我国足球运动员职业道德存在问题的成因主要是：足球学校和俱乐部忽视对运动员文化知识的学习,足球学校中的文化课在质量和时间安排上都不尽人意,当训练和学习发生矛盾时,难以找到合理的办法加以解决；足球学校和俱乐部缺乏对球员的职业道德教育和法律法规知识的普及；有些教练员综合素质偏低,从而对运动员的职业道德发展产生了负面影响；相关主管部门的领导者法律意识淡漠,本身缺乏良好的职业道德,导致上行下效。基于上述结论,本文提出的建议是：足球学校和俱乐部要加强运动员的文化课学习和法律知识的学习,保证足够的课时数和教学质量,提高运动员的文化水平和法律意识；采用多种多样的方式对青少年运动员进行职业道德教育,足球学校和俱乐部应更多地参与社会公益活动；提高球员的情绪控制管理能力,并注重其个性培养；提高教练员的全面素质,并制定教练员道德发展考评制度。

This will be a historic opportunity for the development of professional football in China. The football players in our country should not only improve their technical and tactical level as soon as possible, but also improve their professional ethics. This paper makes a deep analysis of the problems existing in the professional ethics of the athletes in the past 20 years in the reform of football professionalization in China. Draw the following conclusion: 1. Professional ethics education is of great significance to the development of football and football players: it can improve the overall moral level and overall quality of football players, can purify the unhealthy tendencies in the field of football, Leading the professional football of our country to the road of benign development, which is helpful to realize the true professionalization of Chinese football from the aspect of software. The footballer is above all a citizen with a legitimate profession, so he should not only abide by the social morality, At the same time, we should abide by the basic professional ethics. Especially with the acceleration of the process of Chinese football professionalization, football players, as public figures, should set up a good positive image for the society, especially for young people. In addition to the problems in the management system and operational mechanism, officials, clubs, coaches, referees, The professional ethics problems of athletes and other stakeholders are also very prominent. As far as athletes are concerned, their professional ethics problems are mainly manifested in four categories: gambling, match-fixing, The main causes of the professional ethics problems of Chinese football players are: football schools and clubs ignore the learning of athletes' cultural knowledge. The quality and time arrangement of cultural courses in football schools are not satisfactory, when the contradictions between training and learning, it is difficult to find a reasonable solution; Football schools and clubs lack of professional ethics education and knowledge of laws and regulations of players, some coaches' comprehensive quality is on the low side, thus has a negative impact on the development of athletes' professional ethics; The legal awareness of the leaders of the relevant authorities is weak, and the lack of good professional ethics in their own right leads to higher and lower performance. Based on the above conclusions, The suggestions put forward in this paper are as follows: football schools and clubs should strengthen the learning of cultural courses and legal knowledge of athletes, ensure sufficient class hours and teaching quality, and improve athletes' cultural level and legal consciousness; Adopting a variety of ways to educate young athletes about professional ethics, football schools and clubs should participate in social public welfare activities more, improve players' ability of emotional control and management, and pay attention to the cultivation of their personality. To improve the overall quality of coaches and to formulate the evaluation system of coaches' moral development.
