少儿初学蛙泳教学中常见错误及纠正方法研究

【摘要】:游泳作为当代最时尚的休闲运动之一,风靡全球,中国也有越来越多的游泳爱好者加入进来。游泳是一项从婴儿到老年人能参加的体育运动之一,大部分人群都能接受,孕妇、残疾人以及一些有严重疾病的人等,都可以通过游泳进行锻炼,增强体质、康复身心。游泳就其功能的本质来说,应该是集休闲、娱乐、健身、竞技为一体的最佳运动之一。游泳还是一项重要的生存技能。纵观历史,游泳对于人类的重要意义就是安全。一直以来,游泳技术对于保护人的生命的作用仍然是无可替代的。游泳技能应该是人类生活的基本能力之一,通过学习和锻炼是可以获得的。当代学游泳成为流行,那么游泳教学也非常受欢迎,特别是少儿初学游泳。在游泳教学中,蛙泳首当其冲,也是最常见、最古老的游泳技术。蛙泳是一种非常古老的泳姿,因为游泳中的动作像青蛙而得名,流传于民间。然而,蛙泳技术是4中泳姿中最为复杂的,但蛙泳也有一些独特的优点,在游泳教学中,少儿初学蛙泳则是游泳教学比较早的[1]。一般少儿学游泳时先学蛙泳,少儿初学蛙泳的呼吸技术比较难掌握,而且每个动作周期结束后都有一定的滑行放松时间和动作技能也比较难掌握。一般游泳教学中,教学对象多为初学者,以少儿初学蛙泳教学为主。蛙泳教学与其他运动项目的教学相比,其最大的不同之处在于活动环境"身体姿势"动力来源和呼吸方式的特殊性.本篇论文将会重点研究少儿在初学蛙泳教学中常见的错误以及对应的纠正方法。少儿初学蛙泳学习中常见错误比较多,游泳老师在保证正确动作的基础上避免错误动作的发生。1.少儿平收腿2.收腿撅屁股3.脚没外翻4.蹬夹水方向力度不对5.少儿发力过早6.没有漂浮滑行。针对以上少儿初学蛙泳教学中常见的错误,本论文着重细节,仔细分析研究,理论成果适合当代少儿初学蛙泳的这种教学方法。少儿是祖国的花朵,也是祖国的未来,少儿在初学蛙泳中也有优势,也有劣势,分清思路,抓住主要矛盾,使少儿避免出现错误动作的情况下顺利、高效的完成蛙泳动作技术。以理论为主,结合相关论文、核心期刊、杂志报社等总结经验,尝试做出一套最适合少儿初学蛙泳的教学方法,避免一些常见错误,对于一些复杂难点的动作在少儿初学蛙泳教学中出现的错误采用科学的纠正方法。
[Abstract]:Swimming, as one of the most fashionable leisure sports of our time, is popular all over the world, and more and more swimming enthusiasts are taking part in it in China. Swimming is one of the sports from infants to the elderly, which is acceptable to most people, pregnant women. The disabled, as well as some people with serious diseases, can exercise through swimming, strengthen their physique, and recover their bodies and minds. Swimming, by its nature, should be a collection of leisure, entertainment, and fitness. Swimming is one of the best sports in one. Swimming is also an important survival skill. Throughout history, swimming has been important to human beings in terms of safety. The role of swimming technology in protecting human life is still irreplaceable. Swimming skills should be one of the basic abilities of human life, which can be acquired through study and exercise. Well, swimming teaching is also very popular, especially when young children learn to swim. In swimming teaching, breaststroke is the first and most common, oldest swimming technique. Breaststroke is a very ancient swimming posture. The breaststroke technique is the most complicated of the 4 middle swimming styles, but the breaststroke has some unique advantages. In swimming teaching, the breaststroke technique has some unique advantages, because it is named after the frog and is popular among the people. In general swimming teaching, the teaching objects are mostly beginners, The breaststroke teaching is mainly for the young children. The breaststroke teaching is compared with the teaching of other sports, The biggest difference lies in the particularity of the source of body posture and breathing mode. This paper will focus on the common mistakes in breaststroke teaching and the corresponding correction methods. There are many common mistakes in breaststroke learning. Swimming teacher on the basis of ensuring the correct movement to avoid the occurrence of wrong movements. 1. Children to draw legs 2. 3. Legs pouty 3. Feet not out of 4. The direction of the water push is not right 5. Young children too early 6. no floatation glide. In view of the above. Common mistakes in breaststroke teaching for young children, This paper emphasizes the detail, carefully analyzes the research, the theory achievement suits the contemporary young children to learn the breaststroke this kind of teaching method. The child is the motherland flower, also is the motherland's future, the young child also has the superiority, also has the disadvantage in the beginning study breaststroke, distinguishes the train of thought. Grasp the principal contradiction, so that children avoid the occurrence of wrong movements, smooth, efficient breaststroke skills. Mainly theoretical, combined with related papers, core journals, magazine newspapers and other summary experience, This paper attempts to make a set of teaching methods that are most suitable for young children to learn breaststroke, to avoid some common mistakes, and to use scientific methods to correct the mistakes of some complicated and difficult actions in the teaching of breaststroke for children.
