健身器械“万向双手盘—胸腹健身器”的研制及其效果验证

【摘要】:研究目的:随着我国人们生活水平的提高和健身意识的提高,传统的健身俱乐部已经不能够满足所有人的健身需求;由于时间、地点、经济等一些客观条件因素的影响,“家庭健身”成为他们的最佳选择;那些携带方便、功能多样、价钱廉价的室内健身器也受到他们的热捧;“万向双手盘——胸腹肌肉健身器”操作简单、便于携带、功能多样、不受场地的限制,随时随地满足健身者的健身要求。产品综合了传统健腹轮、大飞鸟器和健腹盘的优点,不仅使腹部肌肉和肩部肌肉得到很好的锻炼,也能使胸部受到不同程度的刺激。本实验通过测试受试者训练前后的体重、体脂率和身体各部分围度,对其指标的变化进行分析,旨在为“万向双手盘——胸腹肌肉健身器”的健身效果提供理论依据。研究方法:本文以山东体育学院健身健美社团成员16名为研究对象。实验组和对照组各8人,均为男性,年龄20-24岁。控制实验组和对照组的饮食、训练和作息,经过8周的训练,测试并记录受试者的体重、体脂率和身体各部分围度与训练前的数据进行比较分析。研究结果:1、体重:训练前、后实验组和对照组的组间和组内比较均不存在明显差异(P0.05);比较实验组训练前、后体重的增加值和对照组训练前、后体重的增加值,结果显示存在明显的差异(P0.05)。2、体脂率:训练前、后实验组和对照组的组间比较存在明显差异(P0.05),组内比较不存在明显差异(P0.05)。训练后实验组和对照组的体脂率均有下降,下降率比较不存在明显差异(P0.05)。3、胸围:训练前、后对照组的组间和组内比较,胸围不存在明显差异(P0.05),实验组训练前、后对比存在明显差异(P0.05);经过8周的训练,实验组和对照组的胸围均增加了,而且实验组的增加值远高于对照组,存在非常明显的差异(P0.01)。4、上臂围:训练前、后实验组和对照组的组间和组内比较,上臂围并没有存在明显差异(P0.05);实验组训练前、后上臂围的增加值高于对照组,存在明显的差异性(P0.05)。5、腰围:训练前、后实验组和对照组的组间和组内比较,腰围不存在明显差异(P0.05);经过8周的训练,实验组腰围的增加值与对照组的增加值相比有明显的差异(P0.05)。6、大腿围:实验组和对照组的组间和组内比较均不存在明显差异(P0.05)。研究结论:经过8周的训练,由数据分析可得,实验组和对照组的体重和身体各部分围度相应的增加,而身体皮脂率却下降了,表明身体的肌肉含量增加了,说明运动对于身体的积极影响;皮脂率的下降可能与晨练慢跑有关,肌肉围度的增加很大程度与力量性练习有关;实验组相比于对照组来说,胸围、上臂围和腰围均存在显著性差异,其中胸围增加最为明显,可能与研发器械所设计动作胸大肌参与动作最多和背肌的增长有关,肱三头肌作为胸肌锻炼的最大协同肌也与对照组存在差异,从侧面说明器械对于胸肌的锻炼效果;然而腰围的增加不是传统意义的脂肪增多,而是腹部的肌肉横截面积变大和肌力的增加。由此可知万向双手盘胸腹健身器的对胸肌和腹部肌肉健身效果显而易见,具有一定的研发和推广价值。
