传统年节视角下河南民族传统体育文化研究

【摘要】：年节文化是中国传统文化的组成部分,其绚烂多姿的形式和广褒丰饶的内涵,成为民族文化的象征和载体。也正因为此,与年节关联的相关研究,既有民族学内容,又有文化学意义。河南民族文化传统通过年节进行传承和延续,在展示和彰显河南民族形象的同时,弘扬河南民族精神。研究通过对春节、清明节、端午节、中秋节四大传统年节文化内涵及习俗的梳理,了解传统年节中的河南民族传统体育文化现象,探讨年节中河南民族传统体育文化的特征及价值。通过访谈等研究发现,春节、清明节、端午节、中秋节四大传统年节中的河南民族传统体育文化现象有两大类。一类是具有普遍性的传统体育文化活动,如踩高跷、扭秧歌、耍大头和尚、闹社火、舞龙灯(舞龙)、舞狮、跑旱船、荡秋千、蹴鞠、放风筝、拔河、赛龙舟、斗百草、拔河、跳房子、踢沙包、打陀螺、抖空竹、击壤等。另一类是具有河南地域、人文特色的传统体育文化活动。如豫南地区确山的打铁花,豫西地区孟州的舞火龙、灵宝的东西常骂社火,豫东地区周口的龙舟会及其龙舟会的捉鸭、开封的铁塔燃灯夜游会及其集中展示的传统体育文化活动,安阳汤阴的跑帷子等。研究显示,历史发展中河南民族传统体育文化在传统年节中表现出兼容并蓄的包容性、传播外向的开放性,活动时段模糊性,鲜明的地域二重性,突出娱乐追求的健身娱乐性,求真务实的生产性,崇尚自然的生活性,文化活动样式的少样性以及文化活动模式的创新发展性等特性。同时还表现出其社会价值和个体价值。传统年节中的河南民族传统体育文化可以培养人们的社会适应性,促进人际交流和沟通,培养和维系社会情感。能够反映河南民族的崇尚喜好,培养民族认同感,具有文化传承价值。具备强烈的竞技性和公开、公正、公平以及直观等特点,具有一定的竞技价值。年节中河南民族传统体育文化的一大特色就是寓娱乐于健身活动之中,具有独特的健身娱乐价值。它作为教育的内容和手段,可以净化和启迪人们的心灵,具有潜移默化的教育价值。当今社会发展中的河南民族传统体育文化作为一种精神文化,需要物质支撑和消耗,各种庙会、节会等作为文化传播的载体具有广泛的关注度和辐射力,可以带动经济发展,表现出其经济价值。最后,针对研究发现的传统年节中河南民族传统体育文化现象的某些问题及其发展问题提出建议。研究发现,一些年节民族传统体育文化活动表现出常态化趋势的现象,认为反映了当今社会人们文化活动的匮乏和需要,应正视这一现象,关注、把握这一趋势,建议对目前开展较好的文化活动,应很好地继承,并延传下去。那些濒临失传的河南传统体育文化活动,应注重挖掘和整理,结合时代特征进行改良、创新出既有地域特色又能反映时代发展、时代特色的文化形式,丰富河南民族传统体育文化内涵。并认为,现阶段年节中河南民族传统体育文化发展的主要任务是继承。
