浅析茶饮品在体育运动中的优劣及改进

【摘要】:人在体育运动中往往需要水分及微量元素及时补充。对于特色的饮品--茶叶,具备了补充水分及微量元素的双重功效。基于此,文章总结了茶饮品在我国发展状况,突出茶饮品在体育运动中的地位,重点分析了茶饮品应用于体育运动的优劣势。针对茶饮品的特点,在携带、温度以及内含物质等方面提出改进措施。
[Abstract]:In sports, people often need water and trace elements to supplement in time. For the characteristic drink-tea, it has the dual effect of supplementing water and trace elements. Based on this, the article summarizes the development of tea drinks in China. This paper highlights the status of tea drinks in sports, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of tea drinks in sports, and puts forward some improvement measures in carrying, temperature and substance content in accordance with the characteristics of tea drinks.
