【摘要】：本文以南京市省级体育传统项目学校实施“体教结合”的效果及其保障因素为研究对象,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法等研究方法,对南京市省级体育传统项目学校的课外活动情况、教练员与运动员的基本情况、课余训练情况、运动员参赛情况、场馆设施情况、学校管理情况、项目布局情况、保障条件等进行分析与研究,旨在发现南京市体育传统项目学校实施“体教结合”的效果,探讨其保障因素,以期为其他体育传统项目学校提供示范。并希望在本次研究中,发现目前南京市体育传统项目学校实施“体教结合”过程中存在的问题,提出相应的建议,为南京市体育传统项目学校更好的实施“体教结合”提供参考。本研究的主要结论如下：南京市体育传统项目学校实施“体教结合”的工作一直走在全国前列,取得了良好的效果,主要表现是：推动了学校体育工作的广泛开展和体育传统项目的普及；提高了运动员的竞技运动水平和文化素质,有效缓解了学训矛盾；拓宽了体育后备人才的来源与出路；提高了运动员的参赛机会；改善了学生运动员的训练环境；丰富了校园文化,提升了学校荣誉。保障南京市体育传统项目学校实施“体教结合”形成以上效果的主要因素包括：(1)体育传统项目学校运行模式的多样化,使南京市传统校集中了各方面的优势与资源,“培养全面发展的人”的办学理念,使校领导更加重视体育传统项目的工作。(2)学生运动员自身具有良好的身体素质及合理的训练年限,并且能够积极的学习文化课,在学校里起到了带头的作用。(3)南京市体育传统项目学校具有优良的师资队伍。(4)合理的时间安排、训练计划、训练形式为学校课余训练工作顺利的开展提供保障。(5)南京市体育传统校的竞赛奖励机制及良好的竞赛组织,提高了运动员和教练员参加训练的积极性。(6)相关的政策法规、体育经费、选拔制度的支持及体育传统项目学校自身良好的制度保障。(7)经济社会环境的发展,营造了良好的体育环境,增加了对体育人才的需求,提高了对学校体育的重视。
