【摘要】:本文以南京市省级体育传统项目学校实施“体教结合”的效果及其保障因素为研究对象,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法等研究方法,对南京市省级体育传统项目学校的课外活动情况、教练员与运动员的基本情况、课余训练情况、运动员参赛情况、场馆设施情况、学校管理情况、项目布局情况、保障条件等进行分析与研究,旨在发现南京市体育传统项目学校实施“体教结合”的效果,探讨其保障因素,以期为其他体育传统项目学校提供示范。并希望在本次研究中,发现目前南京市体育传统项目学校实施“体教结合”过程中存在的问题,提出相应的建议,为南京市体育传统项目学校更好的实施“体教结合”提供参考。本研究的主要结论如下:南京市体育传统项目学校实施“体教结合”的工作一直走在全国前列,取得了良好的效果,主要表现是:推动了学校体育工作的广泛开展和体育传统项目的普及;提高了运动员的竞技运动水平和文化素质,有效缓解了学训矛盾;拓宽了体育后备人才的来源与出路;提高了运动员的参赛机会;改善了学生运动员的训练环境;丰富了校园文化,提升了学校荣誉。保障南京市体育传统项目学校实施“体教结合”形成以上效果的主要因素包括:(1)体育传统项目学校运行模式的多样化,使南京市传统校集中了各方面的优势与资源,“培养全面发展的人”的办学理念,使校领导更加重视体育传统项目的工作。(2)学生运动员自身具有良好的身体素质及合理的训练年限,并且能够积极的学习文化课,在学校里起到了带头的作用。(3)南京市体育传统项目学校具有优良的师资队伍。(4)合理的时间安排、训练计划、训练形式为学校课余训练工作顺利的开展提供保障。(5)南京市体育传统校的竞赛奖励机制及良好的竞赛组织,提高了运动员和教练员参加训练的积极性。(6)相关的政策法规、体育经费、选拔制度的支持及体育传统项目学校自身良好的制度保障。(7)经济社会环境的发展,营造了良好的体育环境,增加了对体育人才的需求,提高了对学校体育的重视。
[Abstract]:Based on the traditional project school of Nanjing provincial sports implementation of the "combination" effect and security factors as the research object, using the method of literature, questionnaire, interview methods and mathematical statistics, the extracurricular activities of traditional project school of Nanjing provincial sports, the basic situation of coaches and athletes, the situation after school training, athletes, facilities, school management, project layout, analysis and research of the security conditions, to find the traditional sports school of Nanjing implementation of the "combination" to explore the effect of physical education and security factors, in order to provide demonstration for other traditional sports school and hope in this. Study, found the combination of "problems in the process of the implementation of the" Nanjing traditional sports school at present, put forward corresponding suggestions for Nanjing Sports The traditional project school better implementation of the "combination" for reference. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: the traditional sports school of Nanjing implementation of the "combination" teaching work has been at the forefront of the country, and achieved good results, the main performance is: to promote the popularity of the school sports work carried out extensive and traditional sports project; improve the athlete's athletic level and cultural quality, effectively alleviate the contradiction between learning and training; broaden the sources and ways of sports talents; improve the athletes' opportunities; improve student athletes training environment; enrich the campus culture, promoting the school honor. The protection of traditional Sports School of Nanjing implementation "the combination of sports and education" the main factors for the formation of above results include: (1) the diversification of operation mode of the traditional school sports project, the city of Nanjing traditional school focus The advantages and resources of all aspects, "to cultivate all-round development of people" concept, the school leaders pay more attention to traditional sports work.
