贵阳市健身私人教练职业现状调查与研究

【摘要】:经济不断发展带动了贵阳市健身行业的迅速崛起,人们生活水平不断提高,对物质的需求逐渐转移到对生活品质的追求,从对金钱的追求转移到了对健康的重视,追求健康成为热门话题,越来越多的人注重科学锻炼方法和锻炼效果,从而使各大小健身俱乐部迅速发展,促使健身私人教练这一职业成为在健身服务行业的新需求。在这样的需求下,带来的效益吸引了大量、各专业背景从业者。健身私人教练作为健身俱乐部经济收入的一大支撑,其健康有序发展,影响到商业健身俱乐部的可持续发展。本文以贵阳市健身私人教练职业发展为研究对象,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等对私人教练的职业现状、指导工作状况、管理与培训、需求趋向等进行调查与研究,发现问题、揭示原因,继而就健身私人教练职业健康、有序发展提出对策与建议。研究结论:(1)贵阳市健身私人教练队伍中男性居多,年龄呈现年轻化,从事此业年限多以1-2年为主,仅有32.0%是体育专业毕业生,47.7%是本科学历;65.1%的健身私人教练是初级教练,40.1%的健身私人教练拥有国内培训机构所培训颁发的证书,健身私人教练每年培训次数在2-4之间的占64.9%,并且健身私人教练以自费参与培训为主。(2)39.8%的健身私人教练喜欢从事此职业,健身私人教练每周课时量集中在15节以下,月收入集中在2001-4000元之间;健身私人教练对他们的理论基础与综合素质持一般态度居多,分别占50.0%、60.4%。(3)提升教练的品质多以培训考证与包装宣传为主,分别占31.0%,19.0%;管理者、健身私人教练、会员对健身私教所持的资质多以一般态度为主,大多数管理者、健身私人教练认为此职业发展前景为好。(4)会员对健身私人教练的技能需求以指导方法与讲解能力为主,有60.3%的会员希望健身私人教练持有本科学历,健身私人教练性别对会员的选择比较重要,健身私人教练职业发展中存在的问题最分别为:高素质教练欠缺、行业不规范、资格认证混乱、政府没有给予足够支持对策与建议(1)政府加大对健身私人教练职业的支持加大对健身市场发展的支持,规划并支持健身健美协会定期举办相关专业知识的理论考核以及实践经验比赛,促进健身私人教练综合素质的发展;政府给健身私人教练职业合法定义,使行业认证有人来管理,让健身私人教练能有一定的社会地位与价值感;政府与俱乐部共同给健私人教练做规划,从其专业化发展、管理岗位两方面培养。(2)进一步完善健身私人教练培训机构国职培训通过拓展专业知识,使所学知识得到延伸;健身俱乐部应在经济方面支持鼓励健身私人教练外出培训,并且使用内部资源共享方式,提高健身私人教练综合素质;政府加大对市场培训的监督,使健身市场培训更加合理、规范化。(3)规范健身私人教练行业的管理申报健身方面的专业或成立健身学院,各大健身企业参与,共同培养健身专业人才;成立健身行业协会,搭建平台,进行资源整合,共同打造市场认可的培养机制,促进贵阳市应用型人才的培养。(4)促进健身私人教练队伍结构的优化招聘时以体育专业学生为主,政府、健身俱乐部通过提高工薪待遇、给予社会地位等方式留住资深健身私人教练;时刻关注其情绪问题,定期进行情绪开导与梳理;通过举办健身健美赛事、体能大赛类活动将健身推向大众化,并吸引更多女性参与到其中,从而吸引女性从事健身私人教练职业。
[Abstract]:Economic development led to the rapid rise of Guiyang City fitness industry, improve people's living standard, the material demand gradually shifted to the pursuit of quality of life, from the pursuit of money to the importance of health, the pursuit of health has become a hot topic, focus on the effect of scientific method of exercise and exercise more and more people. So the size of the fitness club development, make it become the new demand of private fitness coach occupation in the fitness service industry. In such demand, the benefits to attract a large number of practitioners, the professional background. Private fitness coach as a supporting fitness club economic income, the healthy and orderly development, sustainable development influence to the commercial fitness club. The private fitness coach occupation development in Guiyang city as the research object, using the method of literature, questionnaire survey method, interview method and so on Occupation status of private coach, guide the work, management and training, investigation and research, the demand trend and other problems found, reveal the reasons, then private fitness coach occupation health, orderly development of countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. The conclusion of the study: (1) Guiyang city private fitness coaches are mostly male, younger age in this industry, many years to 1-2 years, only 32% are graduates of professional sports, 47.7% undergraduate degree; 65.1% personal trainer is the primary trainer, 40.1% private fitness coach with the domestic training institutions of the training certificate issued by the private fitness coach annual training times are between 2-4 and 64.9%, and private fitness coach to participate in training at their own expense. (2) 39.8% private fitness coach love in this occupation, private fitness coach class every volume concentrated in section 15 below, the monthly income of 2001-4000 yuan in Private fitness coach; on the theoretical basis of their comprehensive quality and general attitude to the majority, accounted for 50%, 60.4%. (2) to further improve the personal trainer training institutions of vocational training through expanding professional knowledge, make the knowledge be extended; fitness club should support and encourage private fitness coach out of training in economic terms, and the use of internal resources sharing, improve the comprehensive quality of private fitness coach; the government to increase market supervision and training, make fitness The training market is more reasonable and standardized. (3) regulate private fitness coach industry management reporting in terms of fitness or the establishment of professional fitness academy, each big fitness enterprises to participate in the co culture of fitness professionals; the fitness industry association, set up a platform for the integration of resources, to jointly build the training mechanism of market recognition, and promote the cultivation of application oriented the talent of Guiyang city. (4) optimize the recruitment team structure of private fitness coach in professional sports students, government, health club by raising the salary given social status to keep the senior private fitness coach; always pay attention to their emotional problems, regular emotion enlighten and carding; by holding bodybuilding competitions, physical fitness the contest activities fitness to the public, and attract more women to participate in them, so as to attract women engaged in private fitness coach occupation.
