社会资本视角下我国体育社团发展现状及开发路径研究

【摘要】：体育社团的发展不仅需要政府的外力扶持,更需要自身运作能力的提升,了解体育社团社会资本现状并提出开发路径,对其发展具有积极意义。作为西北五省社会经济发展的中心,西安市是我国西部地区的重要城市,也是本课题研究选取的调研对象之一,因此运用文献资料、问卷调查和访谈等方法,对西安市体育社团社会资本发展情况进行了调查与分析,旨在找到我国西部地区体育社团存在的问题并提出开发策略,促进我国群众体育的发展。研究发现,西安市体育社团发展存在的不足有:体育社团思想上还存在着等待政府扶持的意识,主动性不够;体育社团经费紧张,缺少活动场地、办公场所和专职工作人员;政府向体育社团购买公共服务尚未施行;省市县体育社团协同机制不畅。提出西安市体育社团开发路径:体育社团需要解放思想、主动出击;组建强有力的组织机构;提升自身业务能力,走规范化发展之路;结合西安地域和文化特色开发品牌赛事;利用自身优势多途径开展活动。
[Abstract]:The development of sports association needs not only the support of the government, but also the improvement of its own operation ability. As the center of the social and economic development of the five northwest provinces, Xi'an is an important city in the western region of China, and is also one of the research objects selected in this study. By means of questionnaire investigation and interview, this paper makes an investigation and analysis on the development of social capital of sports associations in Xi'an, in order to find out the problems existing in the sports associations in the western part of China and put forward the development strategies. To promote the development of mass sports in China. The study found that there are some shortcomings in the development of sports associations in Xi'an: the consciousness of waiting for government support, the lack of initiative, the shortage of funds and the lack of venues for sports associations in Xi'an. Office premises and full-time staff; the government has not yet implemented the purchase of public services from sports associations; the coordination mechanism of sports associations in provinces and cities is not smooth. The development path of sports associations in Xi'an is put forward: sports associations need to emancipate their minds and take the initiative to attack; Set up a strong organization; improve their own business ability, take the road of standardized development; combined with Xi'an regional and cultural characteristics to develop brand events; use their own advantages and many ways to carry out activities.
