山西省高校体育教育本科毕业生就业SWOT分析

【摘要】:随着经济全球化和我国改革开放的深入,社会经济文化建设急需大量人才。在此大气候下,各地高校纷纷扩大了招生规模,高等教育的培养方向由精英教育转变为大众教育。与之相适应,各地高校体育教育专业也纷纷扩大招生规模,进而使得我国高校体育教育专业的学生规模呈激增模式。以山西省高校为例,从1951年,山西大学创办山西省高校第一个体育系,设立了体育教育专业。至今,全省已有10所高校开设了本科体育教育专业。招生规模的加大使得每年的应届毕业生达到了上千人。然而体育教育专业的就业方向和渠道主要是中小学教师。较强的行业专一性及单一的就业方向渠道使得体育教育专业毕业生供大于求,造成了山西省高校体育教育本科毕业生就业难的现状。本论文撰写采用了文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法以及SWOT分析法,对山西省2014和2015级体育教育专业本科毕业生发放问卷进行调查。从毕业生的就业基本信息、就业质量、就业期望、就业过程、对学校就业中心反馈以及未就业情况等几个方面对问卷进行整理和分析。根据研究结果,运用SWOT分析模型,总结出山西省体育教育专业本科毕业生就业的优势、和劣势、机会和威胁。优势:毕业生就业观念较好,毕业生专项技能优势。劣势:毕业生技能的单一性与市场需求的一专多能性相悖;学校对毕业生就业指导力度不够。机会:政府对毕业生就业工作重视程度高,市场对体育人才的需求量日益增加。威胁:专业同质化、高校盲目扩招以及用人单位对毕业生的要求不断提高对体育教育专业毕业生就业造成威胁。针对这一结果,笔者从政府、用人单位、学校和毕业生这四个与就业紧密相关的主体层面,提出了改善山西省高校体育专业本科毕业生就业现状的建议。强化就业优势:继续优化毕业生就业观念;提升毕业生专业技能。转变就业劣势:提高毕业生一专多能培养;加强对毕业生的就业指导。把握就业机遇:响应国家政策;抓紧就业机会。改善就业威胁:改善体育教育专业课程设置;严格控制招生规模;就业单位要树立科学用人观。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of economic globalization and China's reform and opening up, the construction of social economy and culture is in urgent need of a large number of talents. Under this climate, colleges and universities have expanded their enrollment scale one after another. The training direction of higher education has changed from elite education to popular education. In line with this, physical education majors in various colleges and universities have also expanded their enrollment scale one after another. Taking Shanxi University as an example, in 1951, Shanxi University established the first physical Education Department of Shanxi Province, and established the physical Education Specialty. There are already 10 colleges and universities in the province have set up undergraduate physical education specialty. The enlargement of enrollment scale makes the new graduates reach thousands of people every year. However, the employment direction and channel of physical education major are mainly primary and middle school teachers. Strong industry specificity and a single channel for employment lead to an oversupply of graduates majoring in physical education. This paper adopts the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and SWOT analysis. A questionnaire survey was conducted on the undergraduates of physical education major in Shanxi Province in 2014 and 2015. From the basic information of employment, the quality of employment, the expectation of employment, the process of employment, According to the results of the research and the SWOT analysis model, the author summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the undergraduate graduates of physical education major in Shanxi Province, such as the feedback of the school employment center and the situation of non-employment. Opportunities and threats. Advantages: graduates have a good sense of employment, the advantages of special skills of graduates. Opportunities: the government attaches great importance to the employment of graduates, and the demand for sports talents is increasing day by day. The blind expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities and the increasing requirements of employers for graduates pose a threat to the employment of graduates majoring in physical education. In view of this result, the author starts from the government and the employing units. The four main levels closely related to employment are schools and graduates, and some suggestions are put forward to improve the present employment situation of undergraduates majoring in physical education in Shanxi Province. To improve the professional skills of graduates. To change the employment disadvantage: to improve the training of graduates' multi-ability, to strengthen the employment guidance for graduates, to grasp the employment opportunities: to respond to the national policies; Pay close attention to the employment opportunity. Improve the employment threat: improve the physical education specialty curriculum; strictly control the enrollment scale; the employment unit should set up the scientific employment view.
