安徽省卫生类职业院校体育教学现状调查研究

【摘要】:医学卫生高等职业教育是我国卫生医疗系统行业的重要基石。卫生类高职院校培养出来的学生主要服务于我国基层卫生医疗行业的性质决定了卫生类高职教育的目的。学生要有扎实医学理论;过硬的医学临床技能和健康的身体。由此可见体育教育在医学卫生高等职教育中起着不可小视的作用。本文通过查阅文献资料、发放问卷、对体育专家和学校的分管体育领导进行采访等对安徽省卫生类职校体育教学的情况以及未来的改革及其发展进行了探究。针对安徽省卫生类高职院校体育教学目标、体育课设置、体育课的课程时限、体育教学内容等方面出现的问题提出了建议和改革。对局限和妨碍改革的因素进行分析。对限制和影响改革的因素本文提出了相应的建议和方法。本文调查研究结果显示:一、现阶段安徽省卫生类高职院校体育教学目标各有千秋,虽各有千秋但其教学目标缺乏符合卫生类高职院校女生多的特点以及体育与医学相结合并为医学专业服务的相应目标。教材过于单调,利用率低导致体育教育资源的浪费。二、在体育课设置和体育课内容方面,体育课设置套用普通高校的设置安徽省卫生类高职院校开设最多的是基础类的体育课,内容老一套不能与时俱进。安徽省卫生类高职院校体育教师的数量和质量都不容乐观。体育教师不但职称和学历比较低,科教研水平也没有别的医学类的学科老师的科教研水平高差距较大。安徽省卫生类高职院校体育场地设施缺乏, 体育场地和体育设备设施一般,只是基本能达到学生的各种体育训练目标。三、安徽省卫生类高职院校改革和发展趋势是,教学目标要和医学类职业特点相结合要多样化,还要满足学生兴趣对体育课设置经行不断的改进。多开发一些服务医学特点的可行性体育课。对体育课的教材进行变换和创新,还要加强体育课程评价体系的健全。科学并可持续性的对卫生类高等职业教育中的体育教学进行改革创新。体育多于其他学科进行交流建立协作关系与其共同发展。改革中坚持以学生为主体,以健康为首要目的,培养其终生体育意识,服务其就业,培养学生适应社会融入社会,回报社会。
[Abstract]:Medical and health higher vocational education is an important cornerstone of the health and medical system in our country. The nature of the students trained in the higher vocational colleges of health education mainly serves the primary health care industry of our country, which determines the quality of the medical higher vocational education. Objective: students should have solid medical theory; It can be seen that physical education plays an important role in medical and health higher vocational education. This paper probes into the physical education teaching situation, the future reform and the development of the health vocational school in Anhui Province, including the interview of the sports experts and the leaders in charge of the physical education of the school, aiming at the goal of the physical education teaching in the higher vocational colleges of health in Anhui Province. Physical education class setting, physical education course time limit, This paper puts forward some suggestions and reforms on the problems in the content of physical education teaching, analyzes on the factors that limit and hinder the reform, and puts forward the corresponding suggestions and methods for the factors that restrict and influence the reform. The results of the investigation and research in this paper show that: 1. At the present stage, the goals of PE teaching in higher vocational colleges of health in Anhui Province are different. Although their teaching objectives are different, they lack the characteristics of more female students in higher vocational colleges of health and the corresponding goals of combining sports with medicine and serving medical specials.The teaching materials are too monotonous and the low utilization ratio leads to the waste of physical education resources. In the aspect of physical education class setting and physical education content, the physical education course set up by ordinary colleges and universities has the most basic physical education courses in Anhui health higher vocational colleges. The number and quality of PE teachers in higher vocational colleges of health in Anhui Province are not optimistic. Not only are the professional titles and academic qualifications of PE teachers relatively low, The level of science teaching and research is no different from that of other medical teachers. The high level of science teaching and research has a large gap. Anhui Province's health higher vocational colleges lack sports facilities, and sports venues and sports equipment facilities are generally common. Third, the reform and development trend of higher vocational colleges of health in Anhui Province is that teaching objectives should be diversified in combination with the characteristics of medical professions. We should also satisfy the students' interest in the continuous improvement of physical education courses, develop more feasible physical education classes that serve the characteristics of medicine, and make changes and innovations in the teaching materials of physical education. It is also necessary to strengthen the sound evaluation system of physical education curriculum. Scientific and sustainable reform and innovation of physical education teaching in health higher vocational education. Physical education is more than other disciplines to exchange and establish cooperative relationship with it. In the course of reform, students are the main body, Take health as the primary purpose, train their lifelong sports consciousness, serve their employment, train students to adapt to the society and return to the society.
