【摘要】:为了我国女子链球项目可持续发展和进一步突破,采用文献资料法、三维影像解析法和数理统计法,对2015年北京世界田径锦标赛女子链球运动员冠亚军的投掷技术进行分析。结果表明:沃尔达兹克具有出手角度大、速度快和出手点高的技术特点;张文秀出手高度偏低,最后用力阶段速度损失大。沃尔达兹克起转速度快,更注重第三圈技术的稳定性,且通过控制第三圈增速,提升第四圈增速比例,使最后一圈增速明显,由此说明第四圈是链球加速的关键阶段。沃尔达兹克最后用力阶段器械轨迹长,做功效果好;张文秀的链球运行轨迹距离不足;沃尔达兹克在第三、四圈旋转技术和身体控制都非常稳定,张文秀则出现"小-大-小-大"的变化,稳定性受到影响。张文秀在出手时刻的肩髋角过大,最后用力开始阶段肩髋扭转幅度小,影响了出手速度;而沃尔达兹克扭转阶段肩髋角小,最后用力肩髋角大,超越器械能力强。建议张文秀提高最后用力前的超越器械能力,以递增速度完成对链球的旋转加速,纠正旋转阶段的轨迹路线,从而进一步提高技术的合理性。
[Abstract]:For the sustainable development and further breakthrough of the women's chain ball project in China, the methods of literature, three-dimensional image analysis and mathematical statistics are adopted. This paper analyzes the throwing technique of the women's sprocket athletes in the 2015 Beijing World Athletic Championship. The results show that Waldazk has the characteristics of big angle, high speed and high point of release, and Zhang Wenxiu's height of hand is on the low side. In the final exertion stage, the speed loss is great. Waldazk has a fast turn speed, pays more attention to the stability of the third lap technology, and by controlling the third lap growth rate, raising the ratio of 4th laps growth rate, makes the last lap increase obviously. This shows that 4th laps is the key stage of chain ball acceleration. Waldazk's final exertion stage has a long instrument track and good work effect. Zhang Wenxiu's sprocket trajectory is not long enough; Waldazk is in third place. The four-circle rotation technique and body control were very stable, and Zhang Wenxiu experienced a change of "small, big, small, big, big," and the stability was affected. Zhang Wenxiu had too large a shoulder and hip angle at the time of his release, and at the end of the beginning of the exertion stage, the range of shoulder and hip torsion was small. It affects the speed of the shot, while Waldazk has a small angle of the shoulder and hip in the torsion stage, and a large angle of the last exertion of the shoulder and hip, and strong ability to surpass the instrument. It is suggested that Zhang Wenxiu improve the ability of surpassing the instrument before the final exertion, and complete the acceleration of the rotation of the chain ball with the increasing speed. Correct the trajectory of the rotation phase, thus further improving the rationality of the technology.
