短时疲劳状态下橄榄球运动员侧切动作中下肢肌肉的表面肌电特征

【摘要】:目的:探讨短时疲劳对橄榄球运动员侧切动作时下肢肌肉表面肌电的影响;为短时疲劳状态下运动员下肢损伤增多提供实验依据。方法:选取中国农业大学的12名橄榄球运动员作为研究对象,利用Wave-plus肌电采集系统结合同步视频,收集短时疲劳前、后优势侧腿侧切动作中下肢肌肉积分肌电值(IEMG)和下肢肌肉间活化程度的直接比值等肌电数据,通过配对t检验分析疲劳后下肢肌电的特征。结果:1)短时疲劳后较短时疲劳前侧切动作中准备(PR)阶段的臀大肌(GMAX)、臀中肌(GMED)、股四头肌内侧头(VM)、股四头肌外侧头(VL)(P≤0.05)的积分肌电值明显降低;短时疲劳后较短时疲劳前侧切动作负重(LO)阶段GMAX、GMED、VM和内侧乆绳肌(MH)(P≤0.05)的积分肌电值明显降低;2)短时疲劳后较短时疲劳前侧切动作中PR阶段下肢肌肉间活化程度比值没有明显的差异;LO阶段VM与VL、VM与MH及腓肠肌外侧头(LG)与外侧乆绳肌(LH)的肌肉间活化程度比值具有明显的差异。研究结论:短时疲劳造成侧切动作PR阶段GMAX、GMED、VM和VL的激活程度明显降低,短时疲劳造成侧切动作LO阶段GMAX、GMED、VM和MH的激活程度明显降低;短时疲劳后侧切动作负重阶段股四头肌内侧头与股四头肌外侧头和股四头肌内侧头与内侧乆绳肌的肌肉间协同收缩能力发生改变。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of short term fatigue on the surface myoelectricity of lower extremity muscles during lateral cutting of rugby players. Methods: 12 rugby players from China Agricultural University were selected as the research objects, and the Wave-plus electromyography acquisition system combined with synchronous video was used to collect the short term fatigue. EMG data of lower extremity muscle integral myoelectric value (IEMG) and the direct ratio of lower extremity muscle activation during posterior lateral leg resection were analyzed. The characteristics of lower limb electromyography after fatigue were analyzed by paired t test.
