武汉体育学院篮球专修课教学创新动力影响因素研究

【摘要】：素质教育促进了我国教育课程改革,教学创新是课程改革的主要途径。在高校篮球教学活动中,教师的职业疲乏普遍存在于教学活动中,教学创新动力缺乏影响了教育事业的发展。要提升篮球教师的教学创新动力,首先必须探讨影响篮球教师教学创新动力的因素。本研究以武汉体育学院篮球教师的教学创新动力为研究对象进行考察,分析了部分影响教师教学创新动力的相关因素,在此基础上探讨加强篮球教师教学创新动力的指导性建议。文章首先使用文献研究方法,对国内外教学创新和教学创新动力相关理论文献进行回顾和梳理,在此基础上构建了教学创新动力影响因素测试指标。然后采用问卷调查、统计分析等方法展开研究并得出以下结论:1、学生普遍对教师进行教学创新表示期待。教师教学创新动力主要来自于个人对事业的热爱、个人晋升等个体方面,其次是来自学校环境的影响。2、教师个人的职业认同感、专业发展满意度、成就价值取向和职业规划情况影响到其在教学创新中的积极性和表现。学校对教师教学创新的重视程度、同事间的创新工作氛围和学生发展的要求能影响篮球教师教学创新过程中的动力。3、教师应该努力提高教学创新素质与能力,学校可以采取措施开展加强教师职业认识的文化建设,从而通过全方位努力激励教师的教学创新动力。
[Abstract]:Quality education has promoted the reform of educational curriculum in our country, and teaching innovation is the main way of curriculum reform. In the teaching activities of basketball in colleges and universities, the professional fatigue of teachers generally exists in teaching activities. The lack of motivation for teaching innovation affects the development of education. First of all, it is necessary to explore the factors that affect the motivation of teaching innovation of basketball teachers. This study takes the motivation of teaching innovation of basketball teachers in Wuhan Institute of physical Education as the research object, and analyzes some related factors that affect the motivation of teachers' teaching innovation. On this basis, the paper discusses the guiding suggestions to strengthen the teaching innovation power of basketball teachers. Firstly, the article reviews and combs the relevant theoretical literature on teaching innovation and teaching innovation motivation at home and abroad by using literature research methods. On the basis of this, the author constructs the test index of the influencing factors of the motivation of teaching innovation, and then adopts the questionnaire, The following conclusions are drawn: 1. Students generally look forward to teachers' teaching innovation. The motivation of teachers' teaching innovation mainly comes from personal love of career, personal promotion, and so on. The second is the impact of school environment. 2. Teachers' personal professional identity, professional development satisfaction, Achievement value orientation and career planning affect their enthusiasm and performance in teaching innovation. The creative work atmosphere among colleagues and the requirements of students' development can affect the motivation of basketball teachers' teaching innovation process. The teachers should strive to improve the quality and ability of teaching innovation. Schools can take measures to strengthen teachers' professional awareness of the cultural construction, so as to encourage teachers through all-round efforts to stimulate innovation in teaching.
