上海市部分普通高校羽毛球选项课教学现状与发展对策研究

【摘要】：为适应二十一世纪高校体育教学改革发展的需要,培养德、智、体全面发展的现代化建设人才,《新课程标准》和《全国普通高等学校体育课程指导纲要》相继出台。为实现学校体育教育与终身体育锻炼相接轨,配合全民健身计划的实施拓宽了广阔的空间,全国绝大部分高校也相继开设了丰富多彩的体育教学选项课。因此,羽毛球选项课也就进入了高校体育课堂。羽毛球运动在中国的发展越来越普及,国家羽毛球队技战术水平在世界范围内处于领先水平,影响着越来越多的高校大学生喜爱上羽毛球运动。羽毛球又有其独特的魅力,无论水平高低,每个学生都能玩起来,因此高校羽毛球选修课深受广大学生的喜爱。随着学校场地器材设施不断完善,高校羽毛球教学水平的逐步提升,但羽毛球选项课枯燥氛围、程序式教学的现象越发显著。本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,以上海市十所普通高校羽毛球选项课的教学现状为切入点。对羽毛球选项课的师资情况、教学内容、教学方法、教学环境和教学效果的实际情况进行了深入分析,并提出相应的建议。研究结果表明:1.上海市部分普通高校羽毛球选项课学生学习羽毛球积极性较高,兴趣浓厚,学习态度比较端正,学生学习动机呈多样化,但技术基础水平普遍不高。2.上海市各高校的羽毛球的课程设置都不一样,部分高校存在课时较短、教学内容枯燥、教学方法和手段比较单调等问题。3.羽毛球场地数量不足,不能满足羽毛球教学需要,大多数院校的羽毛球场地在课余时间使用都是受限制的,对外开放,并且是收费的。而上海爱好运动的人群较多,羽毛球场地一票难求。4.上海市高校羽毛球教师年龄结构比较合理,但是存在学历偏低、高级职称老龄化的问题,同时对羽毛球教师的专业培训不够,羽毛球教学科研能力有待提高,高水平的专业羽毛球教师相对比较缺乏。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the needs of the reform and development of physical education teaching in colleges and universities in 21th century, we should cultivate morality and intelligence, In order to realize the connection between school physical education and lifelong physical training, the new curriculum standards and the national guidelines for physical education in colleges and universities have been issued one after another. In line with the implementation of the National Fitness Program, the vast majority of colleges and universities throughout the country have also set up rich and colorful elective courses in physical education. Badminton optional courses have also entered the physical education classroom of colleges and universities. Badminton is becoming more and more popular in China, and the national badminton team is in the leading position in terms of technical and tactical level in the world. Affecting more and more college students like badminton. Badminton has its unique charm, regardless of the level, each student can play, Therefore, badminton elective courses in colleges and universities are loved by the majority of students. With the continuous improvement of school facilities and facilities, the teaching level of badminton in colleges and universities has been gradually improved, but the badminton elective courses have a dull atmosphere. The phenomenon of programmed teaching is becoming more and more obvious. This paper adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logic analysis, etc. Based on the current teaching situation of badminton elective courses in ten colleges and universities in Shanghai, this paper makes a thorough analysis of the actual situation of teachers, teaching contents, teaching methods, teaching environment and teaching effects of badminton elective courses. The research results show that the students of badminton elective courses in some colleges and universities in Shanghai have high enthusiasm, strong interest, correct learning attitude, and diversified learning motivation. However, the level of technical foundation is generally not high .2. the courses of badminton in Shanghai colleges and universities are all different. Some colleges and universities have some problems such as short class hours, boring teaching contents, monotonous teaching methods and methods, etc. The number of badminton venues is insufficient. Unable to meet the needs of badminton teaching, most colleges and universities have limited use of badminton venues in their spare time, are open to the outside world and charge fees. However, there are more sports lovers in Shanghai. (4) the age structure of badminton teachers in Shanghai's universities is reasonable, but there are problems such as low academic qualifications, aging of senior professional titles, and insufficient professional training for badminton teachers. Badminton teaching and scientific research ability need to be improved, the high level of professional badminton teachers are relatively lacking.
