【摘要】:太原国际马拉松赛在取得一定成就的情况下更需要谋求完善和发展,马拉松比赛举办质量的提升关系到各个方面,但是整个赛事的运作规划处于核心地位,因此在了解太原市国际马拉松比赛运作模式的基础上做出进一步的优化和改善,对于赛事质量的提高必然会起到关键的作用。因此,本研究的目的在于通过调查太原市国际马拉松赛的组织机构、管理体制、组织模式、市场开发现状、综合保障等方面,了解太原国际马拉松赛的运作规律,并找出其中所存在的各种问题和不足,在此基础上运用体育管理学、体育经济学、市场营销学等学科的理论分析视角,进一步探索出完善和优化太原市国际马拉松赛运作模式的策略和办法,旨在进一步提高太原国际马拉松赛的整体比赛质量,提高太原国际马拉松赛的国内外知名度和影响力,为我国城市马拉松赛事运行的发展提供一个理论借鉴。同时,也为太原市乃至山西省的全民健身事业发展贡献自己的微薄之力。本研究以文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法以及逻辑分析法为研究方法,对太原国际马拉松赛的运作规律进行了分析和研究,得出以下结论:(1)太原国际马拉松赛的机构设置和职能分配比较合理,赛事的管理体制和运作模式有其自身优点,但是政府部门在整个赛事运作过程中参与过多,不利于赛事的市场化发展,也不利于政府部门的职能转变;(2)太原国际马拉松赛项目设置稍欠合理,缺乏更多的亲民性和娱乐性的项目;(3)太原国际马拉松赛市场开发有待于进一步深化,实物产品市场需要有所突破,而无形资产市场的开发需要进一步拓宽;(4)太原国际马拉松赛事的新闻媒体工作比较理想,但是需要在直播层次上进一步提高,同时也要在直播渠道上进一步多元化;(5)太原国际马拉松赛的志愿者服务需要进一步优化,志愿者的赛前培训与考核、志愿者现场管理、志愿者工作补贴等问题需要进一步完善;(6)太原国际马拉松赛在运作细节上还存在一定问题,公厕数量、医护人员流动性、现场疏导工作、服务指示设施等问题需要进一步优化。并在此基础上,提出以下建议:(1)转变观念,完善赛事管理体制和运行机制;(2)以市场需求为导向,加大赛事市场的开发力度;(3)统筹全局,打造赛事品牌;(4)整合资源,挖掘赛事价值;(5)以人为本,注重赛事细节优化。
[Abstract]:The Taiyuan International Marathon needs to be perfected and developed even more when it has made certain achievements. The improvement of the quality of the marathon is related to all aspects, but the operation planning of the entire event is at the core. Therefore, further optimization and improvement on the basis of understanding the operation mode of Taiyuan International Marathon will certainly play a key role in improving the quality of the race. The purpose of this study is to understand the operation rules of Taiyuan International Marathon by investigating the organization, management system, organization model, market development status, comprehensive security and so on. And find out the various problems and shortcomings, on the basis of sports management, sports economics, marketing and other disciplines of theoretical analysis perspective, To further explore the strategies and methods to improve and optimize the operation mode of Taiyuan International Marathon, in order to further improve the overall competition quality of Taiyuan International Marathon, and to enhance the domestic and foreign popularity and influence of Taiyuan International Marathon, It provides a theoretical reference for the development of the running of the city marathon in China. At the same time, it also contributes to the development of the national fitness in Taiyuan City and even Shanxi Province. Mathematical statistics and logic analysis are the research methods to analyze and study the operation law of Taiyuan International Marathon, and draw the following conclusion: 1) the organization and function distribution of Taiyuan International Marathon is reasonable. The management system and operation mode of the competition have their own advantages, but the government departments participate too much in the whole process of the competition operation, which is not conducive to the development of the competition market. It is also not conducive to the transformation of the functions of government departments. (2) the setting of Taiyuan International Marathon events is slightly unreasonable, and the lack of more pro-people and recreational projects is no more than 3) the development of Taiyuan International Marathon Market needs to be further deepened. The real product market needs to be broken through, and the development of the intangible assets market needs to be further broadened.) the news media work for Taiyuan International Marathon is ideal, but it needs to be further improved at the level of live broadcasting. At the same time, it is also necessary to further diversify the channels for direct broadcasting. The volunteer service for the Taiyuan International Marathon needs to be further optimized. The training and assessment of volunteers before the race, and the management of volunteers on the spot, There are still some problems in the operation details of Taiyuan International Marathon, such as the number of public toilets, the mobility of medical and nursing personnel, and the on-site diversion work. Service indication facilities and other issues need to be further optimized. On the basis of this, the following suggestions are put forward as follows: 1) to change the concept, to perfect the competition management system and operation mechanism, and 2) to take the market demand as the guide, to increase the development of the competition market and to coordinate the overall situation. Create event brand 4) integrate resources, excavate event value 5) people-oriented, pay attention to match detail optimization.
