有氧健身操运动干预对女大学生身体成分影响的研究

【摘要】:身体成分各比例的均衡发展是维持健康状态最基本的条件,对分析和评价有机体营养和健康状况有着非常重要的意义。本研究通过16周有氧健身操运动干预,以身体成分为评价与人体健康相关的体质指标,探讨有氧健身操运动干预对女大学生身体成分的影响,为大学生的锻炼提供一个良好的方案。选取50名山西师范大学文理学院大一女学生为研究对象。将受试者分为两组,分别为实验组和对照组,每组各25人。实验组进行16周有氧健身操课,每周3次,一次90min,强度达到中等强度(为最大心率的60%-70%)。对照组除了学校每周一次的体育课程之外,没有进行其他的体育活动。在有氧健身操上课期间,实验组一共进行3次体成分测试,分别为干预0周、干预8周、干预16周;对照组进行两次体成分测试,分别为干预0周和干预16周。本研究所使用的实验仪器:国产“健民”牌身高计、韩国产的生物电阻抗身体成分测试仪(Body-pass)。研究结果:1、通过16周有氧健身操运动干预后发现,实验组的腰臀比和身体质量指数比干预0周明显降低,呈显著性差异(p0.05)。2、通过16周有氧健身操运动干预后发现,实验组的身体各部位脂肪含量和体脂百分比比干预0周明显减少,均存在非常显著性差异(p0.01)。3、通过16周有氧健身操运动干预后发现,实验组的身体各部位去脂肪软体重均比干预0周有所增长,但左上肢去脂肪软体重、右上肢去脂肪软体重和躯干去脂肪软体重增长幅度不是特别明显,无显著性差异(p0.05),左下肢去脂肪软体重和右下肢去脂肪软体重明显上升,呈显著性差异(p0.05)。4、通过16周有氧健身操运动干预后发现,实验组的身体总水分比干预0周略有下降,但无显著性差异(p0.05)。5、通过16周有氧健身操运动干预后发现,实验组的基础代谢率和总能量消耗虽有略微上升,但无显著性差异(p0.05)。研究结论:1、进行16周的有氧健身操运动干预后,实验组的腰臀比和身体质量指数均比干预前明显下降,对减少女大学生核心部位脂肪的含量,降低肥胖度,改善身体形态有明显的效果,能够塑造女大学生更流畅的身体线条。2、进行16周的有氧健身操运动干预后,实验组的身体各部位脂肪含量以及体脂百分比比干预前明显下降,能够有效减少身体的多余脂肪,达到减肥的目的。3、进行16周的有氧健身操运动干预后,实验组的身体各部位去脂肪软体重都有所增加,尤其对下肢去脂肪软体重的增加有明显的效果。
[Abstract]:The balanced development of each proportion of body composition is the most basic condition to maintain the state of health, and it is of great significance to analyze and evaluate the nutrition and health status of organism. The effects of aerobic exercise intervention on the body composition of female college students were studied by using body composition as the evaluation index of physical fitness related to human health. To provide a good plan for college students' exercise. Fifty female freshmen from the College of Arts and Sciences of Shanxi normal University were selected as the research objects. The subjects were divided into two groups: experimental group and control group. There were 25 people in each group. The experimental group had 16 weeks of aerobic exercise, 3 times a week, 90 mins, and the intensity reached medium intensity. The control group was in addition to the weekly physical education course in the school. There was no other physical activity. During the aerobics class, the experimental group had three body composition tests, which were 0 weeks, 8 weeks and 16 weeks, respectively, while the control group had two body composition tests. The experimental instruments used in this study were as follows: the "Jianmin" brand height meter made in China and the body composition tester Body-passan made in Korea. The result of the study was: 1. After 16 weeks of aerobic exercise intervention, it was found that, The waist-to-hip ratio and body mass index of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 0 weeks, and the difference was significant (p 0.05). After 16 weeks of aerobic exercise intervention, it was found that the fat content and the percentage of body fat in each part of the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the 0 week intervention. After 16 weeks of aerobic exercise intervention, it was found that the body weight of the experimental group was higher than that of the 0 week intervention, but the weight of the left upper limb was less than that of the control group. There was no significant difference between the right upper limb fat removal soft weight and the trunk fat free soft weight, but there was no significant difference (p 0.05). The left lower limb fat removal soft weight and the right lower extremity fat removal soft weight increased significantly. After 16 weeks of aerobic exercise intervention, it was found that the total body water content of the experimental group decreased slightly, but there was no significant difference between the two groups. After 16 weeks of aerobic exercise intervention, it was found that the total body water content in the experimental group decreased slightly, but there was no significant difference between the two groups. After 16 weeks of aerobic exercise intervention, it was found that the total body water content of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group. Although the basal metabolic rate and total energy expenditure of the experimental group increased slightly, there was no significant difference (p 0.05). Conclusion: 1, after 16 weeks of aerobic exercise intervention, the waist-to-hip ratio and body mass index of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group. It has obvious effect on reducing the content of fat in the core part of female college students, reducing the fat degree and improving the body shape. It can shape the body lines of female college students more fluently. 2. After 16 weeks of aerobic exercise intervention, The fat content and percentage of body fat in the experimental group were obviously decreased compared with those before intervention, which can effectively reduce excess body fat and achieve the goal of losing weight. After 16 weeks of aerobic exercise intervention, The fat-free soft weight of each part of the experimental group was increased, especially the increase of the lower extremity fat-free soft weight.
