商业健身俱乐部教练员胜任特征模型研究

【摘要】:现代社会,参与健身已经成为一种生活时尚,对于追求高品质健身活动的社会人群来说,健身俱乐部必然成为其参与健身的最优场所,大多商业健身俱乐部都拥有良好的运动健身氛围、高品质的运动健身器材、优秀专业的健身教练员能够为拥有不同健身目的的健身人群量身定制不同的健身活动和健身指导。健身俱乐部教练员作为消费者在俱乐部的直接接触人,俱乐部的服务理念很大程度上是通过健身教练员传递给消费者,商业健身俱乐部教练员在健身俱乐部人力资源组成中起着重要的作用,扮演着多重的角色,连接着整个健身俱乐部的方方面面,其作用不可小觑。因此,拥有良好综合素质的健身教练员才能更好的在激烈的市场竞争中脱颖而出,才能更好的胜任其工作。由此可以看出,健身教练员的指导、服务、沟通等水平理所当然成为商业健身俱乐部核心竞争力。本篇研究旨在构建商业健身俱乐部教练员的胜任特征模型,为管理和培养商业健身俱乐部的人才提供参考依据。基于已有研究与实践背景,本文以“胜任特征”为核心概念,以商业健身俱乐部教练员为调查对象,通过访谈法,问卷调查法分析商业健身俱乐部教练员胜任特征探索性因素,运用数理统计法构建商业健身俱乐部教练员胜任特征模型,最后对胜任特征模型进行了验证性分析及实际应用分析。并得出以下结论:第一,在商业健身俱乐部整个运营过程中,健身教练员起着承上启下的作用,健身教练员作为交互中心点,在健身俱乐部运营中有着重要的意义。健身行业正迈向科学化与专业化,由此可以看出,各方面对健身教练员的要求也随之增高。第二,将商业健身俱乐部教练员胜任特征内容要素归为四类,分别“专业知识能力”、“专业技能能力”、“沟通协调能力”、“自我认知能力”,且这些特征具有一定的相关性,共同体现了健身教练员的胜任特征。第三,构建了涵盖4个维度、15项内容要素的商业健身俱乐部教练员胜任特征影响因素内容结构模型。第四,商业健身俱乐部教练员的胜任特征在性别方面没有显著性差异,而在其专业、学历上具有差异。建议商业健身俱乐部为了保证其长久可持续发展,应有计划的提高健身教练员各方面的技能水平,健身教练员也应结合自身特点,完善自身的知识结构,重视自我,审视自我,不断加强各方面的学习,以提高自身的综合素质。
[Abstract]:In modern society, participation in fitness has become a fashion in life. For those people who pursue high-quality fitness activities, fitness clubs are bound to become the best places for them to participate in the exercise. Most commercial fitness clubs have a good sports atmosphere, high quality sports fitness equipment, Excellent professional fitness coaches can customize different fitness activities and fitness guidance for people with different fitness purposes. Fitness club coaches as consumers in the club's direct contact, To a large extent, the service concept of the club is transmitted to the consumers through the fitness coaches. The commercial fitness club coaches play an important role in the composition of the human resources of the fitness clubs. Connected to all aspects of the whole fitness club, its role can not be underestimated. Therefore, fitness coaches with good comprehensive qualities can better stand out in the fierce market competition. In order to be better qualified for their work. From this, we can see that the guidance and service of fitness coaches, Communication and other levels become the core competitiveness of commercial fitness club. This study aims to build the competency model of commercial fitness club coaches. Based on the existing research and practice background, this paper takes "competency" as the core concept, takes the commercial fitness club coaches as the investigation object, and through the interview method, provides the reference basis for the management and training of the talents of the commercial fitness club. This paper analyzes the exploratory factors of the competence characteristics of commercial fitness club coaches by questionnaire, and constructs the competency model of commercial fitness club coaches by means of mathematical statistics. Finally, the competency model is verified and the practical application is analyzed. The following conclusions are drawn: first, in the whole operation process of the commercial fitness club, fitness coaches play a role of connecting the above and the following. As an interactive center point, fitness coaches are of great significance in the operation of fitness clubs. The fitness industry is moving towards science and specialization, so it can be seen that the requirements for fitness coaches in all aspects are also increasing. The content elements of competency of coaches in commercial fitness club are classified into four categories: professional knowledge ability, professional skill ability, communication and coordination ability, self-cognition ability, and these characteristics have certain correlation. Thirdly, a content structure model of the influencing factors of fitness coaches' competency is constructed, which covers four dimensions and 15 content elements. There is no significant difference in the competence of coaches in commercial fitness clubs in terms of gender, but in their major and educational background. It is suggested that commercial fitness clubs should ensure their sustainable development in the long run. It should be planned to improve the skill level of the fitness coaches in all aspects. The fitness coaches should improve their knowledge structure, attach importance to themselves, examine themselves, and constantly strengthen the study in all aspects in order to improve their comprehensive quality.
