菏泽医学专科学校大学生体质健康测试与评价研究

【摘要】:2014年7月,教育部体卫艺司司长王登峰在第十二届全国学生运动会的新闻发布会上说到,“持续下滑二十五年的中小学学生体质终于开始止跌回升了,但是大学生的体质下滑的趋势还在继续。”高校大学生体质健康状况已成为政府与社会关心的重要问题。多年来,国家相继出台了若干大学生体质监测和体育健康促进指导文件,实施效果如何?实施中还存在哪些问题?如何才能更好地提升大学生体质健康?这些问题都亟待管理部门和科研工作者加以关注与深入研究。本研究运用文献资料法、对比分析法等,以菏泽医学专科学校2012、2013、2014三个年级大学生为测试对象,选取三个年级学生入学时与学年末体质健康测试数据为研究对象,对其身高、体重、肺活量、1000米跑(男)、800米跑(女)、立定跳远、仰卧起坐(女)、引体向上(男)、坐位体前屈9项指标进行纵向、横向等不同视角对比。研究结论如下:1.菏泽医学专科学校主管领导与体育部领导、老师对大学生体育健康测试与体质健康促进工作给予了较高重视。总体研究表明:菏泽医学专科学校学生整体体质水平良好,测试成绩呈增长趋势。2.身体形态方面:(1)入学时,2012~2014级男生身高呈上升趋势、女生身高发展不均衡、2012级和2013级高于全国均值且差异不显著;男女生体重发展不均衡,2013级男生显著低于2012级和2014级,2013级女生显著高于2012级和2014级。(2)学年末,2012~2014级男生身高呈上升趋势、女生呈不稳定趋势且女生均高于全国均值,2012级显著高于2014级女生;2013级男女生体重显著高于2012级和2014级男女生;各年级男女生均显著高于全国均值。(3)同一年级前后两次测试比较,身高方面,2012级女生和2014级男生的身高增长趋势显著;体重方面,2012级男女生学年末的体重波动幅度不大,2013级男生体重增长幅度较大,2014级男女生体重下降趋势较明显。另外,BIM整体分布显示:女生偏轻、标准体重者所占比例高于男生,男生肥胖者所占比例高于女生。3.身体机能方面:(1)2012~2014级男、女生入学时的肺活量呈增长趋势,2014级与2013级女生均显著高于2012级。(2)学年末的肺活量呈不稳定趋势,2013级女生显著高于2012级。(3)同一年级前后两次比较,2012级女生学年末的肺活量增长为22.4毫升,男生增长为128.58毫升;2013级女生学年末的肺活量增长为8.33毫升,男生增长为68.36毫升且优秀率均上升;2014级女生学年末的肺活量下降为19.08毫升,男生增长为21.66毫升,其中,2012级男女生的肺活量水平提升幅度较大但不显著。4.身体素质方面:(1)男、女生入学时耐力跑呈不稳定趋势,女生方面,2012级最好、2013级最差、2014级居中,男生方面,2013级最好、2012级最差、2014级居中。学年末的耐力跑呈不稳定趋势,2014级女生显著高于2013、2012级。同一年级前后两次比较,2014级女生和2012级男生提高幅度较大但优秀率均下降。(2)入学时男生的立定跳远呈下降趋势,女生成绩不稳定,二者均显著低于全国均值。学年末男女生呈下降趋势且均低于全国均值。同一年级前后两次比较,2012级男女生提高幅度相对较大且优秀率均上升。(3)坐位体前屈男生入学时呈增长趋势,女生呈不稳定趋势,2014级男女生显著高于2012级。学年末男生呈增长趋势,女生呈不稳定趋势,2014级男生显著高于2012级、2013级。同一年级前后两次比较,2014级男女生成绩显著且女生优秀率上升。(4)入学时男生引体向上、女生仰卧起坐呈不稳定趋势,2013级女生显著高于2012级、2014级,2013级男生高于2012级、2014级。学年末男、女生呈不稳定趋势发展,2013级高于全国均值。同一年级前后两次比较,2012级、2013级、2014级入学时与学年末成绩比较稳定且均不显著其中2012级男生和2014级女生优秀率上升幅度大。5.体质测试综合等级结果:2012级-2014级女生学年末整体成绩比入学时优秀,尤其良好率和及格率波动较大等级值呈增长趋势。2012级-2014级男生入学时、学年末整体优秀率波动幅度不大呈稳定状态,大部分处于及格水平。
