国外篮球教练员远程培训的现状及对我国篮球教练员培训的启示

【摘要】：目前,远程培训在我国发展迅速,尤其在高等教育、自学考试和企业职工培训中应用已取得初步成效,在中小学的教育中也初步探索出一套培训模式。但在体育教学和训练中尚处于探索阶段。本文主要运用文献资料法、数理统计法、案例分析法专家访谈法等研究方法,以国外篮球教练员远程培训为研究对象,通过对国外篮球教练员远程培训模式的分析,从而为我国在关于篮球教练员远程培训方面提供更科学的参考价值。通过对国外篮球教练员远程培训模式的分析可以得出以下结论:1国外大多数机构可以很好的与时代发展保持同步,顺应时代发展的潮流,每个机构的建立都有他们的特点、理念。可以充分结合现代网络技术,保证传统形式的教练员培训的前提下,可以很好的利用远程教育推动篮球教练员培训的发展。2有少数机构对学员的年龄、国籍、资质有一定的限制,部分机构要求学员签订相关的条款和协议,大多数机构要求学员注册中缴纳一定的费用。而培训形式主要有实地培训和远程培训两种方式,其中,大多数机构的学员可以通过远程培训的形式来完成课程。3个人创办的机构授课讲师都是由其创始人及团队组成,国家创办的机构授课讲师来自不同领域的篮球专家和教练,个别机构并不提及授课讲师信息。在授课内容主要特点有涵盖范围全面、设计系统、引用资源丰富、结构安排合理、归类鲜明,能够充分的将教练员的主导性与队员的主体性结合起来。4大多数机构都可以通过在线进行考核,考试题型会有所不同。学员通过考试后,满足所在机构的培养要求的同时,大多数机构都会给学员颁发证书。个别机构要求学员所在国家推荐并前往指定地进行培训。
[Abstract]:At present, distance training is developing rapidly in our country, especially in higher education, self-study examination and enterprise staff training. A set of training mode is also explored in primary and secondary school education. However, it is still in the exploratory stage in physical education and training. This paper mainly uses the methods of literature, mathematical statistics, case analysis, expert interview, etc. Taking the distance training of foreign basketball coaches as the research object, this paper analyzes the remote training model of foreign basketball coaches. Through the analysis of the distance training model of foreign basketball coaches, we can draw the following conclusion: 1. Most foreign institutions can do well in the field of distance training of basketball coaches. Keep pace with the times, In keeping with the trend of development of the times, each institution has its own characteristics and ideas. Under the premise of fully combining modern network technology and ensuring the traditional form of coaches' training, We can make good use of distance education to promote the development of basketball coaches training. 2. A few institutions have certain restrictions on the age, nationality, and qualifications of the trainees. Some institutions require students to sign relevant terms and agreements. Most institutions require students to pay a certain fee for registration. And the main forms of training are field training and distance training, among which, Most of the participants in institutions can complete the course through distance training. 3 the institutional lecturers created by individuals are made up of their founders and teams, and the national institutional lecturers come from basketball experts and coaches in different fields. Individual institutions do not refer to the information of lecturers. The main features of the lectures are comprehensive coverage, design systems, rich resources, reasonable structure and distinct categorization. Can fully combine the leading role of coaches with the subjectivity of players. 4. Most institutions can pass online examination, the examination questions will be different. After the students pass the examination, meet the training requirements of their institutions, at the same time, Most institutions issue certificates to trainees. Individual institutions require the country of the student to recommend and go to the designated place to conduct the training.
