【摘要】：当今羽坛,世界高水平单打运动员的技术发展越来越趋于全面化,任何技术缺陷将会成为突破口。杀球技术是羽毛球运动员最主要的得分手段之一,在众多羽毛球技术中属重中之重。本研究运用文献分析法、深度访谈法、日记法、测试法等研究方法,针对优秀羽毛球单打运动员杀球方面存在的问题,开展行动研究。根据备战十三届全运会的实际需求,研究对象选取研究者本人。通过教练员、运动员访谈,依据研究对象实际技术水平,制定出杀球训练方案。研究对象通过明确训练目的,理解方法原理,完成训练任务。在训练方案实施后,使用羽毛球测速器对研究对象进行杀球速度测试,以及在不同球路下进行杀球的进区测试,并分析相关数据。通过计划—行动—观察—反思,不断改进训练方案,从而提高研究对象的杀球技术水平,并对行动研究过程及结果进行反思。研究发现,优秀羽毛球单打运动员进行杀球技术训练,在训练方案设计中应当增加自主训练、力量训练和多球训练的比例,三者对提升杀球技术水平效果明显;在方案实施过程中应将训练内容趋于复合化,将训练项目结合在一起,分散在每天进行练习更加科学。在练习中加强运动员训练方法原理学习,有利于训练者反思自身技术问题。本研究中的研究对象还要加强头顶杀对角线等薄弱环节的训练,同时需增加基本技术训练,改进技术细节。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the technological development of the world's high-level singles players is becoming more and more comprehensive, and any technical defects will become a breakthrough. Killing the ball is one of the most important scoring methods for badminton players. This study uses the methods of literature analysis, depth interview, diaries, testing and so on to solve the problems existing in killing the ball of elite badminton singles players. To carry out action research. According to the actual needs of the preparation for the Thirteenth National Games, the research object is selected by the researcher himself. Through interviews with coaches and athletes, according to the actual technical level of the research object, The research object completes the training task by making clear the training purpose, understanding the principle of the method and accomplishing the training task. After the implementation of the training program, the research object is tested by using the badminton speed tester to kill the ball. And to test the ball in different ways, and analyze the relevant data. Through planning, action, observation and reflection, we can improve the training program constantly, so as to improve the technical level of killing the ball. The study found that the proportion of independent training, strength training and multi-ball training should be increased in the design of training scheme for elite badminton singles players in the training of killing the ball, and in the training program design, it is necessary to increase the proportion of independent training, strength training and multi-ball training. In the process of implementing the scheme, the training content should be compound, and the training items should be combined together. It is more scientific to practice every day. To strengthen the principle study of athletes' training methods in practice is helpful for the trainers to reflect on their own technical problems. The subjects of this study should also strengthen the training of weak links such as the diagonal killing of the top of the head. At the same time need to increase basic technical training, improve technical details.
