昆明市业余网球竞赛组织管理与对策研究

【摘要】：随着全民健身计划的深入开展,2008年北京奥运会的成功举办,业余网球运动在我国取得了迅速的发展。近年来,昆明市网球运动发展迅速,业余网球运动比赛在逐年增加,业余网球比赛的奖金也越来越高,激发了人们参与业余网球运动的积极性。但是,由于经济基础较弱、组织管理者缺乏专业知识、裁判员整体执裁水平较低、领导对业余赛事的重视度不高,导致昆明市业余网球赛事的组织管理出现较多的问题,如何有效的组织管理业余网球赛事成为了业余网球比赛的一个难点。本文总结了国内外相关的理论研究成果,以昆明市主要的业余网球赛事作为研究对象,以昆明市业余网球爱好者、网球裁判员、网球赛事组织管理者以及相关人员作为调查对象。采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法进行研究,得出以下结论:(1)昆明市业余网球赛事的组织形式主要以社会自主型为主,社会自主型的业余比赛在一定程度上促进了昆明市网球运动的发展,也推动了全面健身运动的开展,但是社会自主型的业余网球赛事组织管理人员的专业知识相对欠缺。(2)昆明市业余网球赛事的经费主要来源于赛事的主办单位,缺乏与市场的交流合作,赞助商少,经费来源比较单一。(3)昆明市业余网球裁判员以在校体育专业大学生为主,退役网球运动员和教练员为辅,业余网球裁判员多数没有裁判证,执裁次数少,经验不足,执裁能力还比较欠缺。昆明市的业余网球赛事主要采用信用制,参赛选手的互相度较低,部分参赛选手的情绪自控能力较低,对落点不清晰的球争议较多。(4)昆明市业余网球赛事缺乏专业的组织管理人才,组织管理经验不足,业余网球赛事的比赛时间、地点、报名费、奖金、轮次、赛制安排不够合理,赛事安全防范不到位,人力物力资源没有得到充分利用。(5)昆明市的业余网球赛事在不断增多,参与业余网球赛事的人群不断扩大,但是政府、网球协会、以及相关部门对业余网球赛事的重视度不高。
[Abstract]:With the thorough development of the national fitness program and the successful holding of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, amateur tennis has made rapid development in China. In recent years, Kunming tennis has developed rapidly, and amateur tennis competitions have been increasing year by year. The bonus of amateur tennis matches is also increasing, which has aroused the enthusiasm of people to participate in amateur tennis. However, because of the weak economic foundation and the lack of professional knowledge of the organization managers, the referees as a whole have a lower level of judgment. Leaders pay less attention to amateur tennis events, which leads to more problems in the organization and management of amateur tennis events in Kunming. How to effectively organize and manage amateur tennis events has become a difficulty in amateur tennis competitions. This paper summarizes the relevant theoretical research results at home and abroad, taking the main amateur tennis events in Kunming as the research object. Taking the amateur tennis fans, the tennis umpire, the tennis tournament organization administrator and the related personnel as the objects of investigation, this paper adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics, logic analysis, etc. The following conclusions are drawn: 1) the organization of amateur tennis events in Kunming is mainly based on social autonomy, which to some extent promotes the development of tennis in Kunming, and also promotes the development of overall fitness. However, the professional knowledge of the social autonomous amateur tennis event management personnel is relatively lacking.) the funding of the amateur tennis tournament in Kunming mainly comes from the host organization of the event, lacking of communication and cooperation with the market, and few sponsors. Kunming amateur tennis referees are mainly college students majoring in physical education, and retired tennis players and coaches are supplementary. Most amateur tennis referees have no referees, hold less adjudication times and lack experience. The amateur tennis competition in Kunming mainly adopts the credit system, the contestants' mutual degree is low, some contestants' emotional self-control ability is low, There is a lot of controversy about the ball with unclear landing point.) there is a lack of professional organization and management personnel in amateur tennis events in Kunming. The organization and management experience is not enough. The match time, place, registration fee, bonus, number of rounds, and competition system arrangement of amateur tennis events are not reasonable enough. The number of amateur tennis events in Kunming is increasing and the number of people participating in amateur tennis events is expanding. But the government, the Tennis Association, And the relevant department to amateur tennis tournament attention degree is not high.
