我国高等体育院校网球专项课程的研究

【摘要】:高等体育院校的网球专项课对促进我国网球事业的快速发展、传授网球理论知识和技能、提高我国网球项目开展的整体水平、培养高水平网球人才和教练人才、促进网球单项的推广普及等方面具有重大意义。把握国内网球技战术发展的水平和国际网球项目发展的趋势、培养和提高学生综合能力、适应社会发展需求的研究与探讨,是网球专项课程深入改革和发展的主要目标。文章采用文献资料法,问卷调查法对我国高等体育院校网球专项课程的开展状况进行调查研究表明:1.体育院校网球专项课的教学大纲中各个专业对专项课的教学目标要求均很高,但是区分度不高,一致性太强,部分体育院校的三个专业的教学目标相同;各体育院校理论教学内容基本涵盖了网球的基础知识及相关理论知识,技术课教学内容均注重基本技战术及身体素质的训练;体育院校中理论知识内容的学时安排体育教育专业所占比重最大,而在技能训练方面运动训练专业的学时安排明显多于其它两个专业;体育院校中考核方式分为基本技术、战术能力、理论知识、平时成绩,体育院校各项考核内容的比例基本相同。体育教育专业的理论考核比例高于社体和运训专业,基本技术和战术能力考核比例运动训练专业明显高于社体和体教专业。2.体育院校网球专项课实际教学过程中讲解示范法、纠错法以及分解与完整教学法是教师都会采用的方法,重复训练法、比赛训练法以及变换训练法被使用的频率也很高,而能提高学生学习乐趣,符合学生主体地位的多媒体教学法被使用的频率较低。3.体育院校网球专项课教学条件方面,教师队伍的年龄构成比例呈现出“中间大、两头小”的现象,但部分学校的教师数量匮乏,教师学历和职称结构的比例分布有所欠缺,任课教师大都缺乏任职后继续参加培训学习的经历;大部分体育院校中网球室外场地数量在十片左右,其中北京体育大学和上海体育学院场地数量最多,达到三十片以上。部分体育院校网球教学场馆设施的数量不足,较难满足教师上课和学生训练的需求。
[Abstract]:The special courses of tennis in higher sports colleges can promote the rapid development of tennis in our country, impart the knowledge and skills of tennis theory, improve the overall level of tennis projects in our country, and train high-level tennis talents and coaches.It is of great significance to promote the popularization of tennis items.To grasp the level of domestic tennis technical and tactical development and the development trend of international tennis projects, to cultivate and improve the students' comprehensive ability and to adapt to the needs of social development are the main objectives of the in-depth reform and development of tennis special courses.This article adopts the literature method, the questionnaire method to carry on the investigation and the research to the tennis special course in our country's higher sports colleges and universities, the result shows that: 1.In the syllabus of tennis special courses in physical education colleges, the teaching objectives of each major are very high, but the differentiation is not high, the consistency is too strong, and the teaching objectives of the three major in some physical education colleges are the same;The basic knowledge of tennis and related theoretical knowledge are covered in the theoretical teaching contents of each physical education college, and the teaching contents of technical courses all pay attention to the training of basic techniques and tactics and physical fitness.In physical education colleges and universities, the proportion of the major of physical education is the largest in the content of theoretical knowledge, while the proportion of the major of sports training in skill training is obviously more than that of the other two specialties.Tactical ability, theoretical knowledge, peacetime results, physical education colleges and universities of the proportion of the assessment content is basically the same.The proportion of theoretical examination of physical education major is higher than that of social sports and sports training major, and the proportion of basic technical and tactical ability examination proportion is obviously higher than that of social sports and sports education specialty. 2.In the actual teaching process of tennis special courses in physical education colleges, explaining the demonstration method, correcting errors and decomposing and integrating teaching methods are the methods used by teachers. The repeated training method, the competition training method and the changing training method are also used very frequently.The multimedia teaching method, which can improve the students' learning pleasure and accord with the students' main position, is used less frequently.In terms of the teaching conditions of tennis special courses in physical education colleges, the proportion of teachers' age composition presents the phenomenon of "big middle and small at both ends", but the number of teachers in some schools is short, and the proportion distribution of teachers' educational background and professional title structure is deficient.Most of the teachers lack the experience of continuing to take part in training and learning after taking up their posts; the number of outdoor tennis venues in most sports colleges is about 10, among which the number of Beijing Sports University and Shanghai Institute of physical Education is the most, reaching more than 30.The number of tennis teaching facilities in some sports colleges is insufficient and it is difficult to meet the needs of teachers and students.
