健美操教学中运用街舞手段的效果研究

【摘要】:健美操以其健身、健美、健心的特殊魅力,一直以来深受广大学生们的喜爱,但是随着社会的发展,学生们越来越不满足当前单一的健美操课堂上的教学内容。近几年来街舞发展突发猛进,这项诞生于美国的运动,20世纪80年代引进我国,很快以其多样化及其动作中随性、热情奔放的情绪和其强烈节奏感的特点,受到了各个年龄段人们的追捧,在北京市各种街舞比赛也日益增多。然而目前中小学生,乃至高校中都很少有街舞专业,选修课也是极少的。为了让学生们在健美操课上多样的学习,满足当代学生们追求个性、展现自我的心理需求,因此将街舞中的元素融入到健美操教学中是十分必要的。 本文分别从两所高校49名大学生、健美操街舞培训班75名中小学生,,课外兴趣班40名中小学生,总计164名学生作为研究对象。从街舞元素在健美操教学中的运用出发,分别从健美操教学现状,学生对街舞的认识,街舞元素加入健美操教学对学生学习健美操的影响,以及健美操教学中融入街舞元素存在的问题及针对问题的解决对策等方面,使用问卷调查法、观察法、文献资料法、数理统计法进行调查统计,同时根据在教学实践中遇到的问题及解决经验,通过系统的分析研究,提出一套行之有效的教学方法,使今后街舞元素在健美操教学中的运用可以得到更好的发展。研究表明: (1)学生在学习健美操的同时,学习多样化的技能特长,因此表明街舞元素融入健美操课堂中满足了学生的个性化需求。 (2)很多学生未接触过街舞练习,学习意愿强烈,这表明健美操教学中加入街舞元素的发展潜力巨大,需要重视和加强。 (3)街舞元素融入健美操教学后,通过比赛成绩来看,提高了健美操课的教学质量,证明街舞对健美操教学产生了积极影响。 (4)街舞元素加入健美操教学中,符合学生们的兴趣需要,也提高了学生各方面的能力,有利于学生朝多样化方向发展。 (5)健美操教学引入街舞元素有利于培养学生终身体育兴趣和爱好,进而积极自觉地、主动地参加体育锻炼,有助于学生对健身习惯的养成。
[Abstract]:Aerobics, with its special charm of fitness, bodybuilding and good heart, has always been loved by students, but with the development of society, Students are increasingly dissatisfied with the current teaching content of the single aerobics class. In recent years, the development of hip-hop dance has made a sudden development. This sport, which was born in the United States, was introduced into China in the 1980s. The enthusiastic emotion and the characteristic of its strong sense of rhythm have been sought after by people of all ages, and the number of street dance competitions in Beijing is increasing day by day. However, at present, there are few hip-hop majors in primary and middle school students, and even in colleges and universities. In order to make students study in aerobics classes and meet the psychological needs of contemporary students in pursuit of individuality and self-expression, it is necessary to incorporate the elements of hip hop dance into aerobics teaching. In this paper, 49 college students in two colleges, 75 primary and middle school students in aerobics and hip hop dance training course, 40 primary and middle school students in extracurricular interest class and 164 students in total are taken as the research objects. Starting from the application of hip-hop dance elements in aerobics teaching, From the aspects of the present situation of aerobics teaching, the students' understanding of hip-hop dance, the influence of adding aerobics elements into aerobics teaching on students' study of aerobics, the problems existing in the integration of the elements of aerobics into the teaching of aerobics, and the solutions to the problems, etc. The methods of questionnaire, observation, literature and statistics are used to carry out the investigation and statistics. At the same time, according to the problems encountered in teaching practice and the solving experience, a set of effective teaching methods are put forward through systematic analysis and research. So that the application of hip hop dance elements in aerobics teaching can be better developed. 1) students learn aerobics at the same time, learning a variety of skills, so the integration of hip hop dance elements into aerobics class to meet the students' individual needs. 2) many students have not been in contact with hip-hop practice and have strong willingness to learn, which indicates that the development potential of adding hip-hop elements in aerobics teaching is great and needs to be paid attention to and strengthened. 3) after the element of hip-hop dance is integrated into aerobics teaching, the teaching quality of aerobics course is improved through the result of competition, which proves that the hip hop dance has a positive influence on aerobics teaching. Hip-hop dance elements in aerobics teaching meet the interests of students, but also improve the ability of students in all aspects, which is conducive to the diversification of students. 5) the introduction of hip-hop dance elements in aerobics teaching is conducive to cultivating students' lifelong sports interests and hobbies, and then taking part in physical exercise actively and consciously, which is helpful to the cultivation of students' fitness habits.
