德国“体育促进社会整合计划”的社会价值及启示

【摘要】：德国"体育促进社会整合计划"旨在促进人际交流和社会融合,并在执行多年后取得了良好的社会效果。结合笔者在德国体育俱乐部中的参与式观察,分析该政策的成功之道,以及承载该政策的德国体育俱乐部传统及其社会性基础。德国的经验证明了体育在社会转型过程中所具有的社会整合功能。同时,在理论和政策层面讨论了德国以体育爱好为纽带的社团化体育组织形式在中国社会的适用性和借鉴价值,提出加强基层社区体育团队的自治性和完善体育竞赛体系的政策建议。
[Abstract]:German Sports for Social Integration Program aims to promote interpersonal communication and social integration, and has achieved good social results after many years of implementation.Combined with the author's participatory observation in German sports clubs, this paper analyzes the successful ways of this policy, and the tradition and social basis of German sports clubs carrying the policy.German experience has proved the social integration function of sports in the process of social transformation.At the same time, at the theoretical and policy level, the applicability and reference value of the sports organization form in China, which is linked by sports hobby, is discussed.Some policy suggestions on strengthening the autonomy of community sports teams and perfecting the sports competition system are put forward.
