少儿乒乓球启蒙训练实施“四步游戏法”实证研究

【摘要】:乒乓球在我国非常普及,但随生活水平的不断提高,一些家长对孩子未来发展的顾虑,再加上乒乓球教学启蒙阶段的周期过长,教学内容较为枯燥乏味等一系列原因至使一些好苗子往往会止步于启蒙阶段,导致我国乒乓球人才储备告急的现状。就此,本文将传统训练法与游戏法有机结合,设计出“四步游戏法”训练计划,以期达到丰富少儿乒乓球运动员启蒙训练阶段的内容,完善启蒙阶段少儿乒乓球运动员自主学习能力的方法,提高少儿乒乓球启蒙阶段学员的运动兴趣、身体素质、基本技能的目的,旨在为少儿乒乓球运动员启蒙训练提供较为科学的依据。“四步游戏法”运用在处于启蒙阶段的少儿乒乓球运动员,通过实验法、文献资料法等研究方法,抽取新乡市红旗区和牧野区青少年活动中心9岁学员和6岁学员各15人,开展为期24周(96次课)的对比实验。通过统计分析采用“四步游戏法”的实验组与采用传统训练法的对照组对乒乓球技术、运动兴趣和身体素质进行测试,对实验前后数据进行比较。结论如下:一、在掌握乒乓球技术方面实验组与对照组学员在正、反手攻球、摆速、动作技评方面,实验组能高效的完成训练目标,提高启蒙阶段少儿乒乓球运动员对基本技术的形成和掌握能力,优于对照组,具有显著性差异。二、在运动兴趣方面,通过实验前、后学员对乒乓球这项运动的喜爱程度调查结果分析的数据来看,实验组更能提高启蒙阶段少儿乒乓球运动员的运动兴趣,优于对照组,具有显著性差异。三、在身体素质方面,通过实验前、后对学员各方面身体素质统计分析的数据来看,实验组优于对照组,具有显著性差异。为更好地优化启蒙阶段运用“四步游戏法”,应充实训练内容,不断提高教练员自身理论水平,精确游戏部分和传统训练部分的比例,并尝试将其运用到其他运动项目之中。
[Abstract]:Table tennis is very popular in our country, but with the continuous improvement of living standards, some parents are worried about the future development of their children, and the period of the initial stage of table tennis teaching is too long.A series of reasons, such as boring teaching contents, make some good seedlings often stop at the enlightenment stage, which leads to the present situation of talent reserve of table tennis in our country.Therefore, this paper organically combines the traditional training method with the game method, and designs the "four-step game method" training plan in order to enrich the content of the children's table tennis players' enlightening training stage.To improve the method of independent learning ability of children's table tennis players in the enlightening stage, and to improve the purpose of the students' sports interest, physical quality and basic skills in the enlightening stage of children's table tennis.The aim is to provide more scientific basis for children's table tennis players'enlightening training.The four-step game method is applied to children's table tennis players who are in the enlightenment stage. Through the methods of experiment, literature and other research methods, 15 students aged 9 years and 15 years old each from the youth activity centers in Hongqi District and Pastoral District of Xinxiang City are selected.The comparative experiment was carried out for 24 weeks and 96 classes.Through statistical analysis, the experimental group with "four-step game method" and the control group with traditional training method were tested on table tennis technique, sports interest and physical quality, and the data before and after the experiment were compared.The conclusions are as follows: first, in the aspect of mastering table tennis technique, the experimental group and the control group can achieve the training goal efficiently in the aspects of forehand, backhand attack, swing speed and movement skill evaluation.It is better than the control group to improve the ability of forming and mastering the basic skills of the children's table tennis players in the enlightening stage, and there is significant difference between the two groups.Second, in terms of sports interest, according to the analysis of the results of the investigation on the students' affection for table tennis before and after the experiment, the experimental group can improve the sports interest of the young ping-pong players in the enlightening stage, which is better than that of the control group.There was significant difference.Third, in terms of physical fitness, the experimental group was superior to the control group in terms of the statistical analysis of the students' physical fitness before and after the experiment, and there was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group.In order to optimize the application of the four-step game method in the enlightenment stage, we should enrich the training content, constantly improve the coaches' theoretical level, the proportion of the precise game part and the traditional training part, and try to apply it to other sports items.
