比较与鉴别:环太湖国际公路自行车赛的三大升级挑战及应对策略

【摘要】:环太湖国际公路自行车赛是以地域特征太湖命名的国际公路自行车赛,旨在推进长三角概念和展现江、河、湖、海丰富的地域特征,是江浙两省拥有自主知识产权、重点打造的国际品牌赛事。自2010年起已成功举办七届,目前已成为与环青海湖、环海南岛、环中国等齐名的国内四大环赛之一。2016年,赛事IP正式移交给江苏省体育产业集团。环太湖国际公路自行车赛在承载巨大商业价值的同时,也在向着成为中国顶尖的国际公路自行车赛事的方向发展。作为江苏省最知名品牌赛事之一的环太湖赛为追求更高的竞技水平、更强的社会影响力,一直以升级为UCI2.HC(洲际顶级赛)为目标。笔者作为2016年第七届环太湖赛竞赛部的负责人,运用文献资料法、内容分析法和专家访谈法等研究方法,将影响环太湖赛升级的竞赛、宣传、商业三个“痛点”与高级别赛事进行对比,对运作要素及模式进行分析,并对赛事升级及进一步发展提出了对策。未来环太湖赛将紧紧围绕竞赛组织、延伸赛事和活动、电视直播、新闻宣传、市场开发等方面开展工作,使环太湖赛向高处拉升,向广度拓展,向精处发力;既要做强赛事内涵,又要做大品牌外延,通过进一步提升竞赛水平、加强宣传推广、强化市场开发,建立良性循环的赛事发展模式,为进一步继续提升打造赛事级别夯实基础。
[Abstract]:The International Road Cycling Race around Taihu Lake is an international road cycling race named after Taihu Lake. It aims to promote the concept of Yangtze River Delta and to show the rich regional characteristics of rivers, rivers, lakes and seas. It is because Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces have their own intellectual property rights.Key international brand events.Since 2010, it has been successfully held seven times, and has become one of the four domestic rings with the same reputation around Qinghai Lake, Hainan Island and China. In 2016, the event IP was formally handed over to Jiangsu Sports Industry Group.Taihu International Road Cycling Race is developing towards becoming the top international road cycling event in China while carrying huge commercial value.As one of the most famous brand competitions in Jiangsu Province, the Tour Taihu tournament aims to upgrade to UCI 2.HCfor the pursuit of higher competitive level and stronger social influence.Comparing the three "pain points" with high-level events, the paper analyzes the operating elements and modes, and puts forward some countermeasures for the upgrading and further development of the competition.In the future round Taihu Lake, the competition will be closely organized, extended events and activities, live television, news and publicity, market development and other aspects of the work, so that the race round Taihu Lake to the high up, to expand to the breadth, to the best of efforts;It is not only necessary to strengthen the connotation of the competition, but also to make the extension of the big brand, to further enhance the level of competition, to strengthen publicity, to strengthen the market development, to establish a virtuous cycle of competition development model, to further enhance and build the level of competition solid foundation.
