温州市业余网球教练从业现状及影响因素研究

【摘要】：随着我国经济的日益发展，人们生活水平得到提高和改善，网球运动愈发受到人们的广泛关注和青睐，越来越多的人开始加入网球运动的行列。在温州市网球运动快速发展的同时，，网球场地在各个社区迅速建立起来，参与的群众迅速增加之后，对于网球教学的需求也在增加。业余网球教练不仅关系着网球场馆的运营，也是连接网球爱好者的纽带。他们是网球练习者的指导力量，因此有越来越多的新生力量加入到业余网球教练的队伍中，但是目前网球教练的从业现状的实际情况并不是十分乐观，影响网球教练职业发展的主要因素有哪些，值得我们研究。本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法及数理统计法分析温州市业余网球教练从业现状，找出影响因素，为网球教练职业发展提供参考依据和提出合理的建议。研究结果如下：（1）目前市区的网球场馆、场地就已达到了近200片，其中鹿城、龙湾、瓯海三区总人数占温州市总数的三分之一，但却有28.6％的网球协会、75％的网球俱乐部、52.44％的网球教练；（2）温州市业余网球教练员存在性别差异，男性教练占78.1%；（3）在年龄层次上以青年教练为主,青年教练占到了65.6%；（4）从教练的技术水平层次分析，业余网球教练的运动水平主要集中在二级、三级运动员；业余网球教练的执教年限主要以1-4年为主；（5）业余网球教练再教育次数随着教育年限的增加而增加，但是受教育次数普遍偏低；（6）教练群体主体方面以兼职为主，专职教练占不到一半，专职化水平还待提高。（7）温州市业余网球教练月收入，6001元以上的有26人，占总人数的27.2％。通过因子分析得出，业余网球教练员发展的主要影响因素按顺序分别是：（1）教练员的个人能力因子；（2）社会环境因子；（3）市场环境因子：（4）个人需求因子。提出以下建议：（1）业余网球教练员应该制定进一步的学习和发展计划,树立起新的职业目标和人生追求，既可减少工作的不顺心和生活的不如意,又能有计划地进行深层次网球知识学习和参加各项社会实践活动。（2）在没有太多外部条件限制的情况下，业余教练们优先考虑个人需要，它会让自身职业朝着最佳的方向发展。（3）业余网球教练职业的发展需要教练们注重多方面的发展，不仅要注重日常基础理论知识、技能的掌握，更要注重发挥自身创造能力，在充实的理论基础前提下，不断的进行实践探索，形成自身独特的特殊能力。（4）随着教练组织管理体制和聘用制度、相关待遇和权利保障的完善，特别是青年教练要把网球教学作为自己的专职职业对待。（5）作为相关专业本科生或研究生要了解市场的需求，在面对较大的就业压力的情况下，踏踏实实从事业余网球教练这个职业会是一个不错的选择。
[Abstract]:With the development of our country's economy, people's living standard has been improved, tennis has been paid more and more attention and more and more people begin to join the ranks of tennis.With the rapid development of tennis in Wenzhou City, the tennis court has been set up rapidly in various communities, and the demand for tennis teaching has also increased after the rapid increase of the masses.Amateur tennis coach is not only related to the operation of tennis venues, but also a link between tennis lovers.They are the guiding force of tennis practitioners, so more and more new forces join the team of amateur tennis coaches, but the actual situation of the present situation of tennis coaches is not very optimistic.What are the main factors that affect the professional development of tennis coaches, which are worth our study.This paper analyzes the present situation of amateur tennis coaches in Wenzhou by means of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, finds out the influencing factors, and provides reference basis and reasonable suggestions for the professional development of tennis coaches.The findings are as follows:At present, there are nearly 200 tennis venues in the urban area. The total number of people in Lucheng, Longwan and Ouhai districts accounts for 1/3 of the total number of Wenzhou City.However, 28.6% of tennis associations and 75% of tennis clubs have 52.44% of tennis coaches. There are gender differences among amateur tennis coaches in Wenzhou. Male coaches account for 78.1%.Young coaches accounted for 65.6%) from the technical level of coaches, the sports level of amateur tennis coaches mainly concentrated in the second and third level athletes;The number of times of re-education of amateur tennis coaches increases with the increase of the number of years of education, but the number of times of education is generally low.The full-time coaches account for less than half, and the full-time level still needs to be improved.) the monthly income of amateur tennis coaches in Wenzhou is more than 6001 yuan, accounting for 27.2% of the total.Through factor analysis, the main influencing factors of the development of amateur tennis coaches are respectively: 1) 1) the individual ability factor 2) the social environment factor 3) the market environment factor: 4) the personal demand factor.The following recommendations are made:Amateur tennis coaches should make further study and development plans, set up new professional goals and life pursuits, which can reduce the unhappiness of work and life.Also can have the plan carries on the deep level tennis knowledge study and participates in each social practice activity.In the absence of too many external constraints, amateur coaches give priority to personal needs, which will lead to the best direction of their careers.3) the development of amateur tennis coaches requires coaches to pay attention to various aspects of development, not only to pay attention to the basic theoretical knowledge and skills, but also to give full play to their own creative ability, on the premise of substantial theoretical basis.Continuous practice and exploration to form their own unique special ability.4) with the improvement of the management system and employment system of coaches, the relative treatment and the guarantee of rights, especially the young coaches should treat tennis teaching as their professional profession.5) as a relevant undergraduate or graduate student to understand the needs of the market, in the face of greater employment pressure, it will be a good choice to work as a professional amateur tennis coach.
