自闭症儿童刻板行为趣味跑干预的个案研究

【摘要】：研究目的本研究旨在探讨为期4周的趣味跑活动对自闭症儿童刻板行为的影响研究方法本研究采用单一被试实验设计A1-B-A2,分为1周基线期、4周干预期以及1周维持期。选取自闭症诊断标准符合美国《精神障碍诊断和统计手册》第五版(DSM-V);有刻板行为;没有使用抗精神、选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂等药物以及其他伴随性障碍;在普校上学;有家属陪读的3名7-9岁自闭症儿童进行为期4周,3或5天/周,70分钟/天/次趣味跑活动。研究期间家长使用《ABC刻板行为记录表》记录3名个案刻板行为发生的频数。研究结果1、个案甲:干预期较基线期刻板行为发生的平均值下降了6%;维持期较干预期刻板行为发生的平均值下降了34%,整体呈现下降趋势。2、个案乙:干预期较基线期刻板行为发生的平均值下降了42%;维持期较干预期刻板行为发生的平均值上升了59%,但仍低于基线期刻板行为发生的平均值。3、个案丙:干预期较基线期刻板行为发生的平均值下降了26%;维持期较干预期刻板行为发生的平均值上升了25%,但仍低于基线期刻板行为发生的平均值。研究结论1、个案的刻板行为功能主要是为了寻求刺激2、趣味跑可减少自闭症儿童刻板行为的发生且具有延续性,但存在个体差异3、趣味跑活动频率越高,自闭症儿童刻板行为的改善效果越好4、运动可能提供满足自我刺激的需求,从而减少刻板行为的发生
[Abstract]:To select diagnostic criteria for autism in accordance with the fifth edition of the American Handbook for the diagnosis and Statistics of Mental Disorders (DSM-VN); to have stereotypical behavior; to not use drugs such as antipsychotic, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors and other accompanying disorders; to attend general schools;Three autistic children aged 7-9 years with family members were given a fun run for 4 weeks, 3 or 5 days a week, 70 minutes / day per week.During the study, parents recorded the frequency of stereotypical behavior in 3 cases using the ABC stereotype.Case 1: case A: the average value of stereotypical behavior in the baseline period decreased by 6%; in the maintenance period, the average value of the stereotype behavior in the dry period decreased by 34%, and the overall trend was decreased .2. case B: the dry expectation was lower than the baseline.The average value of life decreased by 26%, and the average of expected stereotyping in the maintenance period increased by 25%, but was still lower than the average value of stereotype occurring in the baseline period.Conclusion 1, the main function of the case is to seek for stimulation 2. Interesting running can reduce the occurrence of stereotypical behavior in autistic children and has continuity, but there are 3 individual differences, and the higher the frequency of interesting running, the higher the frequency of interesting running.The better the improvement of stereotypical behavior in autistic children, 4, exercise may provide a response to the need for self-stimulation, thereby reducing the occurrence of stereotypical behavior.
