翻转课堂引入普通高校公共体育教学的研究

【摘要】:本研究以翻转课堂引入普通高校公共体育教学为研究对象,以探讨翻转课堂引入普通高校公共体育教学的理论、方法和效果为主要研究目的,基于文献资料法、实验法等研究方法,以教学模式及其构成要素为基本依据,首先探讨了翻转课堂基本理论,继而分析了翻转课堂引入普通高校公共体育教学的理论与方法,并通过教学实验论证引入后的效果,最后提出了翻转课堂引入普通高校公共体育教学的价值、存在的问题和建议。研究得出以下主要结果和结论:1.实施翻转课堂的必要条件包括:完备的网络教学设施、专门的师生培训、专项资金和技术保障、学校教学管理部门的支持、学生高度的学习自主性以及任课教师对学生的充分了解等。2.在普通高校公共体育教学中实施翻转课堂,有助于学生更好的掌握体育技术动作,对学生的体育锻炼态度能够产生更为积极的影响,但对学生体质水平的影响效果和传统体育教学模式没有明显区别,这与普通高校公共体育课程安排间隔时间过长、学生锻炼意识和生活习惯较差以及公共体育课程没有受到学生高度重视等有关。3.将翻转课堂引入普通高校公共体育教学的价值主要表现在:推动了高校体育教学信息化的发展,解决了普通高校公共体育教学统一化与个性化之间的矛盾,有助于高校公共体育课堂实现工具性与人文性的统一、真正贯彻“健康第一”的指导思想等,提高了体育课堂实效。4.在普通高校公共体育教学中实施翻转课堂主要存在学生学习自主性较差、体育教师的能力和素养有待进一步提高、网络学习环境有待进一步完善、缺乏翻转课堂实施于体育教学的理论研究和实践经验等问题,这些问题成为了在高校公共体育教学中实施翻转课堂的障碍。5.将翻转课堂引入普通高校公共体育教学,需要注重培养学生的自主学习能力、提高体育教师的能力和素养并做好团队建设、完善普通高校信息化教学环境、加强翻转课堂在高校公共体育教学中的理论与实践研究、注重体育教学的安全防范、正确认识翻转课堂的价值以免异化翻转课堂等。6.翻转课堂也存在其自身的不足,是否实施翻转课堂要依据体育课程教学目标、教学内容以及学生的基本情况等来确定,翻转课堂如何和传统体育课堂相结合也是今后应该继续探讨的问题。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to explore the theory, method and effect of introducing flipping classroom into public physical education teaching in colleges and universities, based on the method of literature.Based on the teaching model and its constituent elements, this paper discusses the basic theory of flipping classroom, and then analyzes the theory and method of introducing flipping classroom into public physical education teaching in colleges and universities.Finally, the paper puts forward the value, problems and suggestions of introducing flipping classroom into public physical education teaching in colleges and universities.The main findings and conclusions of the study are as follows: 1.The necessary conditions for the implementation of the flipping classroom include: complete network teaching facilities, special training for teachers and students, special funds and technical support, support from the school teaching management department,Students have a high degree of learning autonomy and full understanding of students. 2.The implementation of flipping classroom in public physical education teaching in colleges and universities is helpful for students to master sports technical movements better and have a more positive effect on students' attitude towards physical exercise.However, there is no obvious difference between the influence effect on students' physique level and the traditional physical education teaching mode, which is too long with the public physical education curriculum arrangement in colleges and universities.Students' poor consciousness of exercise and habits of life and public physical education curriculum is not highly valued by students and so on. 3.The value of introducing the flipped classroom into public physical education teaching in colleges and universities is mainly manifested in the following aspects: it has promoted the development of the informationization of physical education teaching in colleges and universities, and solved the contradiction between the unification and individuation of the public physical education teaching in colleges and universities.It is helpful to realize the unity of instrumentality and humanism in the public physical education classroom of colleges and universities, to carry out the guiding ideology of "health first", and to improve the actual effect of physical education classroom.In the public physical education teaching in colleges and universities, the main problems are that the students' learning autonomy is poor, the ability and accomplishment of physical education teachers need to be further improved, and the network learning environment needs to be further improved.Lacking of theoretical research and practical experience in physical education, these problems have become an obstacle to the implementation of flipping classroom in public physical education teaching in colleges and universities.In order to introduce flipping classroom into public physical education teaching in colleges and universities, we should pay attention to the cultivation of students' autonomous learning ability, improve the ability and accomplishment of physical education teachers, do well in team building, and perfect the information teaching environment in colleges and universities.To strengthen the theoretical and practical research of flipping classroom in public physical education teaching in colleges and universities, pay attention to the safety prevention of physical education teaching, and correctly understand the value of flipping classroom so as to avoid alienating the flipping class.The flipping classroom also has its own shortcomings. Whether or not to implement the flipping classroom should be determined according to the teaching goal, the teaching content and the basic situation of the students, etc.How to combine the flip classroom with the traditional PE classroom is also a problem that should be discussed in the future.
