盐城市城区广场舞现状调查及对策研究

【摘要】：广场舞作为现代城市广场文化的主要艺术表现形式,在全国各地广为流行。广场舞集自娱、健身、休闲于一体的社会文化现象满足了城市中老年女性的身心需求。同时,无序广场舞任性发展衍生扰民现象,广场舞噪音扰民激化诸多社会矛盾,在一定程度上已经削弱了广场舞运动的健康稳定发展。本研究运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地考察法、访谈法等研究方法,对盐城市城区广场舞参与主体、团队组织以及扰民现象进行实证调研,解析盐城地区广场舞运动发展过程中存在的优势和遇到的困难,挖掘地方优势资源,提出解决困难的有效路径。研究结论:盐城市城区广场舞主体人群是40岁到65岁低学历中老年女性,增强体质和预防疾病是她们参与锻炼的主要目的,锻炼时段主要集中在晚上和清晨,每次锻炼时间约1小时左右,每周锻炼次数达3次以上,身心两方面锻炼效果明显。盐城市城区广场舞团队发起人以退休女性为主,她们职业广泛,团队组织类型主要基于开放式、封闭式和半封闭式,指导老师获取舞蹈技能一般借助网络视频自学,团队组织目前存在场地和设备不足,指导老师培训机会少,表演和比赛不够等困难。城市居民维权意识变强,他们寻求协商机制和法律救济两条路径解决广场舞扰民纠纷。盐城市城区扰民广场舞多数集中在居住小区内,或靠近居住小区的广场、公园和街道。推动盐城市城区广场舞运动发展对策:科学规划城市功能区布局,预留广场舞活动场所;拓展社会力量,实现广场舞培训活动长效化和制度化;体育文化部门发挥地域优势打造地方特色广场品牌文化;加强普法宣传,正面引导社会公民自觉维护公共文明秩序;政府协力组建广场舞专职管理机构,科学合理制定《广场舞公约》。
[Abstract]:Square dance, as the main artistic expression of modern city square culture, is popular all over the country.The social and cultural phenomenon of square dance meets the physical and mental needs of the middle-aged and elderly women in the city.At the same time, disorderly square dance development derivative disturbing phenomenon, square dance noise disturbance intensified a lot of social contradictions, to a certain extent has weakened the square dance movement healthy and stable development.This study uses the methods of literature, questionnaire, field investigation, interview and so on, to investigate the main body, team organization and disturbing phenomenon of square dance in Yancheng City.This paper analyzes the advantages and difficulties in the development of the square dance movement in Yancheng area, excavates the local advantage resources, and puts forward the effective way to solve the difficulties.Conclusion: the main body of city square dance in Yancheng city is the middle-aged and elderly women aged from 40 to 65 years of age. The main purpose of their participation in exercise is to improve their physique and prevent diseases, and the exercise time is mainly concentrated in the evening and early morning.The time of exercise is about 1 hour and the times of exercise are more than 3 times a week.Yancheng city square dance team sponsors are mainly retired women, they have a wide range of occupations, the group organization type is mainly based on open, closed and semi-closed style, guiding teachers to acquire dance skills generally with the help of online video self-study.Team organization currently has difficulties such as inadequate venues and equipment, less training opportunities for instructors, and insufficient performances and competitions.Urban residents' awareness of rights protection has become stronger, they seek consultation mechanism and legal remedy to solve the dispute of square dance disturbing people.In Yancheng City, most of the dance is concentrated in residential areas, or near the squares, parks and streets of residential areas.The countermeasures to promote the development of square dance movement in Yancheng City include: scientifically planning the layout of urban functional areas, reserving square dance venues, expanding social forces, and realizing the long-term effect and institutionalization of square dance training activities;The sports and culture departments will exert their regional advantages to create the local characteristic square brand culture; strengthen the publicity of popularizing the law, and positively guide the citizens to consciously maintain the public order; and the government will make joint efforts to set up a full-time management body for square dancing.Scientific and rational formulation of the Convention on Square Dance.
