核心力量训练对徐州市青少年网球运动员技术影响研究

【摘要】:采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实验法、逻辑分析法和数理统计法对徐州市体育中心18名运动员进行了为期12周的实验研究,通过收集数据、对比分析实验结果,找出实验前后实验组和对照组基础成绩和技术水平的差异性和各自组内在实验前后基础成绩和技术水平产生的变化,通过数据的差异性和实验前后的变化论证核心力量训练在网球专项训练中的重要性。研究的主体是青少年网球运动员,研究对象是核心力量对青少年网球技术的影响,研究专项是网球,对于竞技体育而言核心力量具有广泛意义,不只是对于网球,不同运动项目应该根据自身的运动学原理和运动特点制定相应的核心力量训练方法,结合网球运动实际情况,根据核心力量训练与专项训练的联系和普遍性,该论文得出以下结论:通过对实验组和对照组运动员实验前身体形态、身体机能、网球基础水平、技术水平测试数据进行收集和检验分析,得到实验组和对照组运动员在身体形态和身体机能上不存在差异性,对实验结果不会差生影响;实验组和对照组在实验前网球基础水平测试中显示P0.05,不存在差异性,表明实验组和对照组在网球技术水平上是一致的;实验组和对照组在实验前网球技术水平测试中显示P0.05,不存在差异性,表明实验组和对照组网球技术水平一致。实验组和对照组在实验后,网球基础水平成绩显示,实验组和对照组与各自实验前比较成绩有提高,实验组提高明显,P0.05,对照组有个别下降,P0.05,表示实验组存在显著性差异,对照组不存在显著性差异,说明核心力量更加有助于网球基础水平的提高;实验后实验组和对照组进行比较发现,各项成绩呈现显著性差异(P0.05),表明运动员在常规训练基础上增加核心力量训练后,各方面成绩有明显提高,表示核心力量训练具有提高和强化的积极作用。实验组和对照组在实验后,网球技术水平成绩显示,实验组和对照组与各自实验前比较成绩有显著提高,实验组提高明显,P0.05,对照组整体成绩P0.05,表示实验组存在显著性差异,对照组不存在显著性差异,说明核心力量更加有利于网球技术水平的提高;实验后实验组和对照组进行比较发现,各项成绩均出现显著性差异(P0.05),表明核心力量训练具有积极作用,对于网球技术的提高更加高效和稳定。
[Abstract]:A 12-week experimental study of 18 athletes in Xuzhou Sports Center was carried out by means of literature, expert interview, experiment, logic analysis and mathematical statistics. The results were compared and analyzed by collecting data.To find out the difference between experimental group and control group in basic achievement and skill level before and after experiment, and the change of basic achievement and technical level before and after experiment.The importance of core strength training in tennis training is demonstrated by the difference of data and the changes before and after the experiment.The main body of the study is young tennis players, the object of study is the core force of the impact on young tennis technology, the study is dedicated to tennis, for competitive sports core strength has a wide range of significance, not only for tennis,Different sports should formulate corresponding core strength training methods according to their own kinematics principles and sports characteristics, combined with the actual situation of tennis, according to the relationship and universality of core strength training and special training.The conclusion of this paper is as follows: through collecting and analyzing the test data of body shape, body function, basic level of tennis and technical level of the athletes of the experimental group and the control group before the experiment,The results showed that there was no difference in body shape and function between the experimental group and the control group, and there was no difference between the experimental group and the control group in the tennis basic level test before the experiment.The results showed that the experimental group and the control group had the same tennis skill level, and the experimental group and the control group showed the same tennis skill level in the test of tennis technique level before experiment, there was no difference between the experimental group and the control group, which indicated that the experimental group and the control group had the same tennis skill level.After the experiment, the results of basic tennis level in the experimental group and the control group showed that the scores of the experimental group and the control group were improved compared with those of the control group before the experiment, and the experimental group increased significantly (P0.05), while the control group had an individual decrease of P0.05, indicating that there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group.There is no significant difference in the control group, indicating that the core strength is more conducive to the improvement of the basic level of tennis.There were significant differences in the scores of athletes, which indicated that after the athletes increased their core strength training on the basis of routine training, the results in all aspects were obviously improved, which indicated that the core strength training had a positive effect on improving and strengthening the core strength training.After the experiment, the tennis skill level of the experimental group and the control group showed that the scores of the experimental group and the control group were significantly improved compared with each other before the experiment, the experimental group improved significantly (P0.05), the whole score of the control group (P0.05), indicating that there was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group.There is no significant difference in the control group, indicating that the core strength is more conducive to the improvement of tennis skills.Significant differences were found in all the results, which indicated that the core strength training had a positive effect on the improvement of tennis skills and was more efficient and stable.
