甘肃省普通高校体育人文社会学学科方向建设分析与发展对策研究

【摘要】：在科学技术快速发展,经济全球化不断加快的背景下,培养适应时代发展的人才也提上了高等教育改革的重要地位,人才培养需要有学科平台作支撑,体育人文社会学学科作为高等教育的组成部分也应紧跟经济社会发展需要,做好自身的学科建设。纵观体育学科建设与发展方面的研究发现,针对师资队伍建设和场馆建设等方面的调查研究较多。甘肃省在体育学科建设方面的研究,主要是针对体育学科建设中某一个问题进行的研究,缺少系统且全面的调查研究,对策研究也不足。本研究采用文献资料法、专家评分法、问卷调查法、实地调研法、数理统计法、比较法等研究方法,以甘肃省高校体育人文社会学学科方向建设作为调查对象,对甘肃省西北师范大学和兰州理工大学体育人文社会学学科方向建设现状进行了系统研究。在全面调查的基础上,针对存在的问题和不足,提出了相关发展建议。研究初步得出的结论如下:1、甘肃省普通高校体育人文社会学学科研究方向有自身的研究特色,但各个高校间体育人文社会学学科布点少,部分研究方向设置需完善。2、甘肃省普通高校体育人文社会学学科发表了一定数量的权威和核心论文,但国家级课题立项不多,教材和专著的数量有待提高,国外院校的学术交流与合作过少。3、甘肃省普通高校体育人文社会学学科建设国家级、省部级研究基地和重点学科建设的步伐需要加快,很多处于空白状态。4、甘肃省普通高校体育人文社会学学科硕士点建设在西部地区处于较好状态,但是与全国相比较,还有较大差距,师资队伍建设继续完善。5、甘肃省普通高校体育人文社会学学科建设滞后,缺乏博士点建设,专硕点建设数量少,不适应甘肃省高校体育事业的发展。6、甘肃省普通高校体育人文社会学学科师资队伍建设继续调整,职称结构、师生比例、教师学历等需要提高,学科和学术带头人缺博士人才,国内外教师培训人数、次数需要继续加强投入。7、甘肃省普通高校体育人文社会学学科建设中高质量项目少,特色专业、教改项目、精品课程、教学奖励、教学名师、教学团队等建设有待提升。8、甘肃省普通高校体育人文社会学学科建设中教学及科研环境建设现状不尽人意,经费投入过少。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the rapid development of science and technology and the acceleration of economic globalization, the cultivation of talents adapted to the development of the times has also been given an important position in the reform of higher education, and talent training needs to be supported by a disciplinary platform.As an integral part of higher education, the subject of sports humanities sociology should closely follow the needs of economic and social development, and do a good job of its own discipline construction.It is found that there are many researches on the construction of teaching staff and stadiums.The research on the construction of physical education in Gansu Province is mainly aimed at a certain problem in the construction of sports discipline, lacking systematic and comprehensive investigation and research, and insufficient research on countermeasures.This study adopts the methods of literature, expert scoring, questionnaire, field investigation, mathematical statistics and comparison, and takes the construction of humanities and sociology of physical education in colleges and universities in Gansu Province as the object of investigation.The present situation of the construction of sports humanities sociology in Northwest normal University of Gansu Province and Lanzhou University of Science and Technology was studied systematically.On the basis of comprehensive investigation, this paper puts forward some suggestions for development in view of the existing problems and deficiencies.The preliminary conclusions of the study are as follows: 1. The research direction of the humanities and sociology of physical education in Gansu Province has its own characteristics, but there are few spots for the humanities and sociology of sports among colleges and universities.Some research directions should be set up in order to perfect .2.A certain number of authoritative and core papers have been published in the humanities and sociology of physical education in Gansu Province, but there are not many national projects, and the number of textbooks and monographs needs to be improved.The academic exchanges and cooperation of foreign universities are too few. 3. The pace of the construction of sports humanities and sociology in ordinary colleges and universities in Gansu Province needs to be quickened, and the construction of research bases and key disciplines at the provincial and ministerial levels need to be speeded up.Many of them are in a blank state. 4. In Gansu Province, the construction of master's degree programs in sports humanities and sociology at ordinary colleges and universities in Gansu Province is in a good condition in the western region, but compared with the whole country, there is still a big gap.The construction of teaching staff continues to improve .5.The construction of sports humanities and sociology in ordinary universities in Gansu Province lags behind, lacking the construction of doctoral programs, and the number of specialized projects is small.Not adapted to the development of physical education in colleges and universities in Gansu Province, the construction of the teaching staff of sports humanities and sociology in ordinary colleges and universities in Gansu Province continues to be adjusted, the structure of professional titles, the ratio of teachers and students, the teacher's educational background, and so on need to be improved, and the academic and academic leaders lack doctorates.The number and frequency of teacher training at home and abroad need to continue to strengthen the investment. 7, Gansu Province ordinary colleges and universities sports humanities sociology discipline construction high quality item, the characteristic specialty, the teaching reform project, the fine product course, the teaching reward, the teaching master, the Gansu Province ordinary university sports humanities sociology discipline construction,The construction of teaching team needs to be improved. 8.
