上海市普通高校体育教育专业学生学习性投入的现状及对策研究

【摘要】:随着高校教育规模的不断扩大,高校的内涵建设与办学质量已经受到党和政府及高校部门的重视,高等学校在寻求综合改革、多元发展的同时仍然对大学生的学习性投入引起特别的重视。本研究采用印第安纳大学乔治.库(GeorgeD.Kuh)教授提出的“学生学习性投入”(Student Engagement)量表,通过该量表并结合上海市体育教育专业大学生的自身专业特点对问卷的个别选项进行修改,以“上海市普通高校体育教育专业大学生学习性投入现状问卷调查”为调查工具,分别选取上海师范大学、上海体育学院和华东师范大学作为研究对象,对上海市体育教育专业大学生学习性投入现状进行详细解读。首先本研究将上海市体育教育专业大学生学习性投入现状在五个维度上进行了总体分析,将上海市体育教育专业学生进行分年级比较,并进行内部的男女性别比较,揭示不同年级以及不同性别的学生学习性投入的现状。并将上海市体育教育专业学生的学习性投入情况与地方常模进行比较,分析两者之间存在的差异性,并从中寻找各高校自身优缺点,进而为上海市体育教育专业高校的教育质量提高提供参考。研究结果表明:1、上海市普通高校的体育教育专业学生的学习性投入包括学习挑战度、主动合作学习、生师互动水平、教育经验丰富度和校园环境支持度五个维度。上海普通高等院校体育教育专业学生的学习性投入情况总体上并不是很理想。2、上海市普通高校的体育教育专业的学生都在学业挑战度上得分均偏低,学生普遍存在阅读量偏低以及结合运用知识及概念的能力偏低等情况。上海市普通高校的体育教育专业的学生在五大维度上的得分成正相关趋势,即随着年级的增长其得分也逐渐增加。3、上海师范大学体育教育专业学生在教育经验丰富度上得分最高,学业挑战度维度上得分最低,校园环境支持度和主动合作学习维度上得分接近,但是都低于地方常模院校。在生师互动水平维度上上海师范大学体育教育专业学生与地方常模并无明显差异。4、上海体育学院体育教育专业的学生在学业挑战度维度上的得分最低。其他四个维度均无明显差异。这就表明上海体育学院体育教育专业学生的阅读量和写作训练以及对知识的运用方面有待提高。5、华东师范大学体育教育专业的学生在学业挑战度和生师互动水平维度上得分低于地方常模得分,且存在明显差异。表明华东师范大学的体育教育专业学生还缺乏与学生、教师及辅导员之间的生涯规划的沟通,并且与上海师范大学和上海体育学院的学生一样缺乏主动的写作训练及文献阅读的时间。6、上海市普通高等院校体育教育专业不同年级的学生在主动合作学习和生师互动水平维度上存在非常显著差异。7、上海师范大学体育教育专业学生的不同性别差异显示,在学业挑战度、主动合作学习和生师互动水平三大维度上,女生与男性之间存在非常显著差异,而在教育经验丰富度和校园环境支持度上,不存在显著差异。
[Abstract]:With the continuous expansion of the scale of higher education, connotation construction and the quality of running a school has been the party and the government and university departments, colleges and universities in seeking the comprehensive reform, diversified development while still learning engagement of college students has attracted special attention. This study by George. Indiana University Library (GeorgeD.Kuh) proposed by Prof. students' learning investment "(Student Engagement) scale, the scale and the combination of Shanghai City College Students Majoring in physical education professional characteristics of individual options of the questionnaire modified by" investment status questionnaire "learning for students majoring in Physical Education in Colleges and universities in Shanghai were selected as the survey tool, Shanghai Normal University, Shanghai Institute of Physical Education and East China Normal University as the research object, on the Shanghai city sports education professional students' learning situations in detail This study will first interpretation. Shanghai City Sports Education Major Students' input status in five dimensions of the overall analysis, Shanghai city sports education professional students according to the grades, and the internal gender comparison, reveal the different grades and different gender of the students' learning situation of investment. And compare the Shanghai City Sports Education Students' learning investment and local norm, difference analysis between the two, and find out the advantages and disadvantages of various universities in Shanghai City, and to provide reference for sports education in high school to improve the quality of education. The research results show that: 1, learning investment in Colleges and universities of Shanghai physical education majors include learning challenges, active cooperative learning, student teacher interaction, education experience richness and campus environment support five dimensions of Shanghai ordinary. Physical education in Colleges and universities students' learning investment generally is not very ideal.2, physical education in Colleges and universities of Shanghai students in academic challenge scores were low, students reading quantity is low and the binding ability of using knowledge and concepts such as low. Physical education in Colleges and universities of Shanghai the students in the five dimensions were positively correlated with the growth of grade is the trend, the score is gradually increasing.3 score, Shanghai Normal University students majoring in Physical Education in the highest education experience richness, academic challenge dimension scored lowest, campus environment support and active cooperative learning. The score is close to, but below local colleges and universities. The norm in student teacher interaction level dimensions of Shanghai Normal University students majoring in physical education and the local norm has no significant difference on.4. The sea sports college sports education professional students in the academic challenges of the dimension of the lowest score. There were no significant difference between the other four dimensions. This shows that students majoring in physical education of Shanghai Institute of Physical Education, the amount of reading and writing training and use of knowledge of.5 will be improved, the East China Normal University sports education majors in the academic challenges of students and teachers the level of interaction scores of local norm score, and there are obvious differences. The results indicated that physical education major students of East China Normal University and students are lack of career planning, between teachers and counselors is communication, and with the Shanghai Normal University and Shanghai Institute of Physical Education students as well as the lack of initiative training of writing and literature reading time.6, Shanghai physical education college students in different grades of active cooperative learning and student teacher interaction level dimensions There was significant difference in.7, showed different gender differences of students majoring in Physical Education in Shanghai Normal University, academic challenge, active cooperative learning and student teacher interaction level in three dimensions, there are significant differences between female and male, and experience in education richness and campus environment support, there is no significant difference.
