吉林省高校体育教育专业田径专项课程教学改革研究

【摘要】:随着我国中小学校体育教育新课标和《高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》的颁布实施,推进和深化高校体育教育专业田径专项课程教学改革工作已经势在必行。与全国其他省市地区的高校相比,吉林省高校体育教育专业田径专项课程起步较晚、发展较为缓慢,在田径专项课程教学改革工作所存在的不足和问题也较为复杂。 在本文中,笔者的研究逻辑为:首先通过文献资料法和访谈法,较为全面、系统地了解到并整理了吉林省高校体育教育专业及田径专项课程传统的教学,包括当时的课程培养目标、教学内容、教学方法、师资配备和教学评价的相关情况;其次又通过访谈法和问卷调查法,针对以往教学中培养目标、教学内容等相同的五个维度研究了吉林省高校体育教育专业当前的教学现状;随后,对吉林省高校体育教育专业田径专项课程传统教学和当前教学进行了比较分析,总结并分析了当前教学中所存在的问题;最后从培养目标、教学内容等五教学维度,对吉林省高校体育教育专业田径专项课程教学改革提出了相应的意见和建议。 通过上述研究工作的开展,笔者得出了以下结论:除教学方法基本沿用传统教学中的教学方法以外,吉林省高校体育教育专业田径专项课程当前教学中的培养目标、教学内容等其他四个方面均有较为明显的进步和发展,,但是在每个方面均存在着或多或少的问题。概括起来主要是:一是中小学校体育教育培养目标和高校体育教育专业的培养目标在指导学生全面发展、终身体育锻炼等方面均有不小调整,但吉林省田径专项课程的培养目标仍在局限单纯的培养体育老师这一目标,存在滞后性;二是在教材的编选上,统一性和科学性仍显不足,且与田径普修课比较具有较多的重复性内容;三是教学方法陈旧、老套且单调,不能适应田径专项课程不断变化的教学内容以及日益提高的培养目标的需要,也难以体现学生的主体地位,在调动学生学习和锻炼的能动性方面欠缺不少;四是在师资配备上,女性老师和具有硕博士学历老师仍然比较欠缺,且现有的教师队伍中教学科研能力还需要重点加强;五是教学评价形式缺乏变化性和创新性,难以对学生的综合能力和素养进行全面的评价和体现。同时,与中小学校体育教育教学工作的契合性不够。
[Abstract]:With the guidance of the new curriculum program of physical education in primary and secondary schools in China and the "college sports curriculum teaching" the promulgation and implementation of promoting and deepening the college physical education track and field teaching of special curriculum reform has been imperative. Compared with other provinces and cities nationwide colleges and universities, professional sports education in Colleges and universities in Jilin Province Track and field courses started late, development is relatively slow. Shortcomings and problems in the work of teaching reform of track and field courses are also complicated.
In this paper, the author studies the logic is as follows: firstly, through literature method and interview method, comprehensively, systematically understand and organize the Jilin province university sports education professional track and field courses and traditional teaching, including teaching content, training time of the curriculum, teaching methods, teaching staff and teaching evaluation of the relevant circumstances the second; and through interview and questionnaire, aiming at the teaching goal, teaching content and so on five dimensions of the same study of the current teaching situation of College Physical Education Specialty in Jilin province; then, the traditional teaching of physical education major in Jilin Province Track and field course and the current teaching are analyzed, summarized and analysis of the current problems in teaching; finally, from the training objectives, teaching content, teaching five dimensions of sports in Colleges and universities in Jilin Province Track and field expert Xiang Kecheng Put forward the corresponding opinions and suggestions of teaching reform.
Through the above research work, the author draws the following conclusions: in addition to the basic teaching method adopted the traditional teaching method in the teaching of physical education major in Jilin Province, college track and field courses in the teaching of training objectives, progress and development of teaching contents are the other four aspects is obvious, but there are more or less problems in every aspect. Summed up is: one is the primary and secondary schools physical education training objectives and the overall development of university sports education specialized in guiding students, are not a small adjustment of lifelong physical training, but the training objectives of special course of track and field in Jilin province is still in the limitations of pure culture the goal of physical education teacher, there is a lag; two is in the material selection, unified and scientific is still insufficient, repeatability and compared with the general course of track and field have more inside Volume three; teaching method is obsolete, old-fashioned and monotonous, can not adapt to the teaching content of the track and field special courses changing and increasing the need of training objectives, it is difficult to reflect the dominant position of students, to mobilize students' learning initiative and exercise the lack of many; four is on the teaching staff, the female teacher and master doctor degree teacher is still relatively lacking, and the existing teaching teachers also need to focus on strengthening the ability of scientific research; the five is the change and innovation of the teaching evaluation form to the lack of the students' ability and quality in the comprehensive evaluation and expression. At the same time, work and school physical education teaching fit enough.
