拓展训练对普通高校武术教学效果影响的研究

【摘要】:随着新一轮课程改革的不断深入,给高校体育课程教学改革提出了新的要求,因地制宜地开发课程资源成为课程改革的重要途径。近年来,高校不断将武术这一传统项目纳入体育教学大纲,为体育教学改革注入新鲜血液的同时也迎来了一定的挑战。武术教学内容难度大、教学过程枯燥等特点逐现端倪,在一定程度上制约了武术教学的发展。拓展训练以一种全新的教学模式逐渐渗透到高校体育之中,它的独特之处是更多注重情感方面的变化,挑战自我,超越自我是拓展训练的教学理念。笔者以高校体育教学五个领域目标为出发点,有效地将武术教学与拓展训练内容结合,研究其教学效果与传统武术教学效果的不同,旨在为高校武术教学以及其他项目传统教学模式提供改革依据。本文在查阅大量文献资料和笔者亲身体验拓展训练的基础上,以西安职业技术学院80名武术选项课学生为研究对象,以文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计、逻辑分析法以及教学实验等为研究方法对普通高校武术教学与拓展训练结合的教学效果做了理论分析和实验论证,结果分析如下:1、拓展训练对普通高校武术教学在体能指标教学效果方面影响不显著。2、拓展训练对普通高校武术教学在运动兴趣指标教学效果方面影响显著,能够有效促进学生武术学习兴趣的提高,效果具体体现在学生武术学习的消极性降低,积极性和参与程度提高三个维度方面。3、拓展训练对普通高校武术教学在运动技能指标教学效果方面影响显著,效果主要体现在及格和中等这两个水平段学生成绩的波动,能够使实验前处于及格段的学生向中等水平段发展,同时,有效提高了班级平均水平。4、拓展训练对普通高校武术教学在心理健康和社会适应指标这一教学效果方面影响显著,实验通过对SCL90十个因子的测试与分析,结果显示,在实验后实验组较对照组在人际关系、抑郁和敌对三个因子方面实验数据均小于0.05,成显著性差异,其他因子方面影响效果不大,说明拓展拓展训练与武术教学结合能够有效改善大学生心理健康指数、增强团队合作意识,提高社会适应能力。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the new round of curriculum reform, new requirements have been put forward for the teaching reform of physical education courses in colleges and universities, and the development of curriculum resources according to local conditions has become an important approach to curriculum reform.In recent years, the traditional item of martial arts has been brought into the syllabus of physical education in colleges and universities, which brings fresh blood into the reform of physical education, and at the same time, it also meets a certain challenge.Wushu teaching content is difficult and the teaching process is boring, which restricts the development of Wushu teaching to some extent.Development training has gradually penetrated into the physical education of colleges and universities with a new teaching mode. Its unique point is that it pays more attention to the change of emotion, challenges oneself, surmounts oneself is the teaching idea of expanding training.Based on the goal of five fields of physical education in colleges and universities, the author combines Wushu teaching effectively with the content of extended training, and studies the difference between the teaching effect of Wushu and that of traditional Wushu teaching.The aim is to provide the reform basis for the traditional teaching mode of martial arts teaching and other items in colleges and universities.On the basis of consulting a lot of documents and the author's own experience of expanding training, this paper takes 80 students of Wushu elective course in Xi'an Vocational and Technical College as the research object, takes the method of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, etc.The logical analysis method and teaching experiment are used to analyze and prove the teaching effect of Wushu teaching and extension training in colleges and universities.The results are as follows: 1. The effect of extension training on the teaching effect of physical fitness index is not significant, and the effect of extension training on the teaching effect of sports interest index is significant.It can effectively promote the students' interest in Wushu learning, and the effect is reflected in the decrease of the negative aspect of the students' Wushu learning.The three dimensions of enthusiasm and participation are improved, and the effect of extended training on the teaching effect of sports skill index is significant, which is mainly reflected in the fluctuation of students' achievement in the two levels of passing and middle level.At the same time, the average class level of class is improved effectively, and the extended training has a significant effect on the teaching effect of mental health and social adaptation index in Wushu teaching in colleges and universities, which can make the students in the pass stage develop to the middle level before the experiment, at the same time, the average class level is improved effectively.Through the test and analysis of ten factors of SCL90, the results showed that the experimental data of the three factors of interpersonal relationship, depression and hostility in the experimental group were lower than 0.05 after the experiment, and there was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group.Other factors have little effect, which indicates that the combination of extended training and martial arts teaching can effectively improve the mental health index of college students, enhance the sense of teamwork, and improve the ability of social adaptation.
