【摘要】：中国七人制橄榄球起步虽晚,但近些年在亚洲级赛事中取得了较好成绩。作为2016年新增奥运会项目,七人制橄榄球有身体对抗性强、运动强度大、损伤风险较高等特点。在全国七人制橄榄球比赛中,运动员会面对各种各样的参赛风险,对比赛结果产生不同程度的影响。研究中国七人制橄榄球赛事运动员的参赛风险问题,意义在于：最大化降低风险、有效控制风险。运动员在七人制橄榄球比赛中发挥出正常水平,取得较好成绩。研究采用列表排序法和帕累托分析法对中国七人制橄榄球运动员参赛风险进行风险评估,结论如下：(1)七人制橄榄球运动员参赛风险是指在七人制橄榄球运动员在参赛时各个阶段和环节可能遇到的风险,它可能导致比赛结果的失利或是运动员发挥失常。中国七人制橄榄球运动员参赛风险根据影响因素与竞赛成绩进行分类,分为自身风险、对手风险和比赛环境风险三类。中国七人制橄榄球运动员参赛风险管理由参赛风险识别、参赛风险评估与参赛风险应对三个部分组成。(2)编制《中国七人制橄榄球运动员参赛风险检查表》为中国七人制橄榄球运动员参赛风险识别的工具。(3)对中国七人制橄榄球运动员参赛风险进行评估,采用改良的列表排序法和帕累托分析,结果表明,中国七人制橄榄球运动员面临的最主要参赛风险是来自参赛选手的伤病风险、体能风险和来自比赛环境方面的社会支持风险。(4)中国七人制橄榄球运动员参赛风险应对方法的主要特点是,加大七人制橄榄球风险管理的宣传教育、完善七人制橄榄球比赛的风险管理制度。(5)中国七人制橄榄球运动员参赛风险应对方法主要有风险回避、风险降低、风险转移三个方面。在应对中国七人制橄榄球运动员参赛风险中,应坚持重点控制风险评估中排在前列的风险因素,提出相应对策。同时,对中国七人制橄榄球运动员进行应对参赛风险的培训教育。
[Abstract]:Although China's seven-player rugby started late, it has scored well in Asian-level competitions in recent years. As a new Olympic event in 2016, seven-player rugby has the characteristics of strong physical adversarial, strong sports intensity and high risk of injury. In the national seven-player rugby game, the players will face a variety of risks, which will affect the results of the game to varying degrees. The significance of this paper is to maximize and reduce the risk and effectively control the risk. Players in the seven-person rugby game to play the normal level, achieved better results. In this study, the listed ranking method and Pareto analysis method were used to evaluate the risk of Chinese seven-player rugby players.
