我院二级羽毛球女子运动员正、反手发球技术运动学特征对比分析

【摘要】:发球作为一项最基本的羽毛球技术不仅成为比赛及战术演变的第一步,同时发球是羽毛球所有技、战术方面完全不受对手影响可以任其发挥的一项特别的技术。在羽毛球比赛过程中,发球技术动作主要分为正手发球技术和反手发球技术两种,按照区域划分主要分为发网前短球技术和后场高远球技术。选择合理的发球方式,能够实现发球的最大化利益。研究目的:分析和总结正、反手发球技术的动作特点,从而以运动学的角度诠释“发前场短球用反手,发后场高远球用正手”这一理论的合理性以及科学依据。促使运动员在学会使用技术的同时掌握该项技术合理运用的主要依据,从而充分发挥发球技术的价值。研究方法:基于前人对羽毛球发球技术的相关研究和了解的基础之上,通过文献资料法、测试法以及数理统计法等相关研究方法测试沈阳体育学院6名女子羽毛球运动员正、反手发球技术的运动学相关参数,选取每人3次击球所得各项指标的平均值进行分析。研究结论:(1)反手发球技术的各个周期以及整体时间较正手发球技术时间更短,因此在达到相同击球效果的前提下,反手发球技术更加具备隐蔽性;(2)正手发球技术的挥拍距离较反手发球技术更长,在相对较短的时间内,加速挥拍的距离较长,正手发球技术更加具备力量性;(3)反手发球技术的击球点较正手发球技术更高,更靠近身体,缩短击球后球在本方区域的飞行时间。正手发球技术的击球点更低,更靠近身体右侧,增加击球后球与地面形成的角度。(4)正手发球技术动作各环节的运动时序为:右髋→右肩→右肘→右腕。属于经典的鞭打类动作。反手发球技术各环节的运动时序为:右髋→右肩→右肘→右腕,肩关节和肘关节合速度均较小,主要依靠腕关节的“闪腕”提高挥拍速度,虽然不属于典型鞭打类动作,但是同样产生了一定的鞭打效果。(5)通过对发球技术动作结构的对比,从相关运动学参数方面出发,得出反手发球技术在整个发球过程中动作结构的一致性较高,具有一定的欺骗性。
[Abstract]:As the most basic badminton technique, serve is not only the first step in the evolution of game and tactics, but also a special technique which can be played by badminton without the influence of its opponents. In the process of badminton competition, the serve technique is mainly divided into forehand serve technique and backhand serve technique. According to the division of regions, it is mainly divided into short ball technology before serve net and high distance ball technology in backcourt. Choose a reasonable serve way, can realize the maximum benefit of serve. The purpose of this paper is to analyze and summarize the action characteristics of forward and backhand serve techniques, so as to explain the rationality and scientific basis of the theory of "backhand for short ball in front field and forehand for high and far ball in backcourt" from the point of view of kinematics. In order to give full play to the value of serve technique, the athletes are encouraged to master the main basis of reasonable application of the technique while learning to use it. Methods: based on the previous research and understanding of badminton serve technique, six female badminton players in Shenyang Institute of physical Education were tested by the methods of literature, test and mathematical statistics. The kinematics parameters of backhand serve technique are analyzed. Conclusion: 1) each cycle and overall time of backhand serve technique is shorter than that of forehand serve technique, so under the premise of the same batting effect, The backhand serve technique is more concealable than the forehand serve technique. The swing distance of the forehand serve technique is longer than that of the backhand serve technique, and in a relatively short period of time, the acceleration swing distance is longer. Forehand serve technique is more powerful than backhand serve technology than forehand serve technology, the hitting point is higher, closer to the body, and shortens the flying time of the ball in the area after hitting. The stroke point of forehand service is lower and closer to the right side of the body, and the angle between the ball and the ground after hitting is increased. 4) the movement sequence of each link of forehand serve technique is as follows: right hip, right shoulder, right elbow, right wrist. Belongs to the classic whipping type of action. The movement sequence of each link of backhand serve technique is as follows: right hip, right shoulder, right elbow and right wrist, shoulder joint and elbow joint close speed are smaller, mainly rely on wrist's "flash wrist" to improve the swing speed, although it is not a typical whipping action. But it also produces a certain whipping effect. (5) by comparing the action structure of serve technique, starting from the related kinematics parameters, the author draws a conclusion that the movement structure of backhand serve technique is consistent in the whole serve process. Be deceptive to a certain extent.
