拳击出拳技术特征分析及核心区力量训练对出拳技术作用的研究

【摘要】:规则是项目发展的导向。正确把握国际拳联2013新规则的制胜规律,在训练方法和手段上有所突破,实现与外国选手的有效对抗,是当下中国拳击项目的重要课题之一。本研究以国际拳联2013竞赛规则为研究背景,通过回归分析,在明确人体核心区力量是影响最大拳速快慢关键因素的前提下,通过核心区力量训练的实验研究,实证了该训练是拳击专项训练的重要内容之一。研究1国际拳联2013竞赛规则对拳击运动员出拳技术的影响。采用卡方检验,分别对规则改变前后2次世界大赛决赛(2013世锦赛与2012伦敦奥运会)和规则改变后国内与国外大赛决赛(2015全国锦标赛与2015世锦标赛)运动员出拳技术运用情况进行对比分析。结论:(1)国际拳联2013规则改变的核心是增强了比赛的对抗性,鼓励主动进攻,对出拳的质量和组合拳使用的次数要求较高。(2)我国运动员与国外运动员相比,对比赛的控制能力较弱,具体体现在出拳技术的有效性较低,出拳质量较弱。因此,需要探索新的训练模式和训练方法,提高出拳质量,加强对抗能力,争取比赛主动。研究2人体不同环节对出拳速度的影响。以60名(男30,女30)拳击运动员为研究对象,采用三维高速摄像和测力台,收集并计算出拳过程中运动学、动力学数据,采用逐步回归分析,明确不同身体环节对出拳速度的影响。主要结论:(1)各拳法最大拳速的主要影响因素不同。(2)相同拳法,男子与女子最大拳速的主要影响因素不同。(3)各拳法最大拳速主要影响因素具有共性。人体核区力量是最大拳速的关键影响因素之一,对最大拳速有正向作用。因此,在拳击专项训练中应重视人体核心区训练。研究3核心区力量训练对出拳技术作用的研究。以34名(非现役男14,女10;现役女10)拳击运动员为研究对象,采用单因素前测后测实验设计,探究核心区力量训练对最大拳速的促进作用。主要结论:(1)核心区力量训练是传统力量训练有益的补充。(2)核心区力量训练的主要内容是如何使用力量,其目的是发展运动员在恰当的时机发出恰当力量的能力。(3)通过核心区力量训练,可以提高人体核区力量,人体核心区力量的提高,有利于出拳时保持正确的身体姿势和重心变化,从而提高最大出拳速度,进而提高出拳质量。所以,在当前竞赛规则背景下,核心区力量训练应是我国拳击项目迫切需要引进的一种训练方法。
[Abstract]:Rules are the direction of project development. To correctly grasp the winning rule of the 2013 new rules of the International Boxing Federation, to make a breakthrough in the training methods and means, and to realize the effective confrontation with foreign players is one of the important subjects in the current Chinese boxing events. This research takes the 2013 competition rule of the International Boxing Federation as the research background, through the regression analysis, under the premise that the human body core area strength is the most important factor to influence the speed of boxing speed and slow, through the core area strength training experiment research, It is proved that this training is one of the important contents of boxing special training. This paper studies the influence of the 2013 competition rules of the International Boxing Federation on the boxing techniques of boxers.
