【摘要】:职业网球比赛是以抢分争位为目标,高水平网球运动员几乎每年都需参加20站左右的比赛来保持国际上靠前的名次。一般来说每两三周就要进行一场赛事,甚至有的时候一个多月都在持续比赛,一个星期就要进行一场赛事。这么高强度的比赛不仅仅需要有良好的持续性、周期性、板块化的身体素质训练来贯穿全年比赛的整个过程以保持良好的体能,同时还要制定相应的赛间训练计划解决在比赛中暴露出的能力与技战术上需要改进的问题、使体能快速恢复与病痛的防备、治疗方案,让参赛人员在之后的赛场上发挥出最理想的比赛能力,以致使运动员获得最佳的战绩。因此,人们也早已认识到赛间训练与比赛成绩的好坏呈正相关。本论文主要利用查阅相关资料、研究逻辑规律、对比研究与专家采访等方式,将专业运动员比赛周期内的训练方案的制定特性做深入的了解和分析,初步构建了职业网球赛间训练的基本理论:一.赛间训练的概念:指的是参加比赛的运动员在持续几周比赛没有足够时间进行训练,在两站赛事之间的调整时期内来训练。二.安排赛间训练的主要内容应涵盖:恢复训练、技战术训练、心理训练、体能训练。三.赛间训练的类型主要有:1、储备性训练,2、补充性训练,3、调节性训练,4、恢复性训练,5、整理性训练,6、适应性训练,7、康复性训练,8、再生性训练,9、功能性训练。在具体的设计、编排过程中应当以体能训练为主。四.从具体的领域来看,网球赛间训练应遵循六个原则:多元化与专项化相结合原则、兼顾训练与恢复原则、适宜负荷原则、灵活性原则、区别对待原则、时效性原则。要实施科学的赛间训练,就必须在充分理解网球这一项目的规律的基础上,在全面的搜集和分析运动员状态的前提下,通过系统、合理、多元的训练手段来达到提高运动员比赛能力的目的。另外,职业化的发展趋势要求我们树立“比赛是训练的延续”这种理念。所有的训练和动力都要围绕确保实现能力的保持与系统性和有助于竞技状态的形成、提高和保持;都要围绕着项目特有的赛练机制来开展。相对于平时的训练,赛间训练要具有更高的随机性,更多的取决于项目的特点、比赛近期的情景以及运动员的技术状态。因此,要实现对赛间训练的掌控,必然对教练员提出更高的要求。
[Abstract]:The goal of professional tennis competition is to compete for different positions. High level tennis players have to take part in about 20 matches every year to keep the top position in the world. There is usually a match every two or three weeks, sometimes for more than a month, and once a week. Such a high level of competition requires not only good physical fitness training that is sustained, periodic, and platformized throughout the year to maintain good physical fitness, At the same time, we should also draw up a corresponding inter-match training plan to solve the problems that need to be improved in terms of skills and tactics exposed in the competition, so that we can quickly recover our physical strength, prepare for illness, and treat our patients. Let the contestants play the best performance in the subsequent competition, so that the athletes can achieve the best results. Therefore, it has long been recognized that the training and performance of the competition is positively related. In this paper, by consulting relevant materials, studying logic rules, comparing research and expert interviews, the author makes a deep understanding and analysis of the characteristics of the training program in the competition cycle of professional athletes. A preliminary construction of the basic theory of professional tennis training: 1. The concept of inter-race training means that the athletes in the competition do not have enough time to train during the adjustment period between the two races for several weeks. II. The main contents of arranging interrace training should include: recovery training, technical and tactical training, psychological training and physical training. III. The types of inter-race training are mainly 1: 1, 2 reserve training, 3 supplementary training, 4 regulative training, 5 restorative training, 6 finishing training, 7 adaptive training, 8 rehabilitation training, 9 regenerative training and functional training. In the specific design, layout process should be based on physical training. IV. From the point of view of specific fields, the training between tennis matches should follow six principles: the principle of combination of diversification and specialization, the principle of training and recovery, the principle of appropriate load, the principle of flexibility, the principle of different treatment and the principle of timeliness. In order to carry out scientific inter-match training, we must, on the basis of fully understanding the rules of tennis, and on the premise of collecting and analyzing the players' status in an all-round way, adopt a systematic and reasonable approach. A variety of training methods to achieve the goal of improving athletes' ability to compete. In addition, the trend of professionalization requires us to establish the idea that competition is the continuation of training. All training and motivation should be centered around ensuring that the ability to achieve the ability to maintain and systematic and contribute to the formation, improvement and maintenance of competitive state; Compared with the usual training, the inter-match training should have a higher randomness, more depending on the characteristics of the event, the recent situation of the competition and the technical status of the athletes. Therefore, in order to achieve the control of inter-competition training, coaches must put forward higher requirements.
