力量训练新手段在莱芜市体校柔道训练中的实验研究

【摘要】:研究目的与意义:柔道是技能类主导的竞技运动,突出力量作用,而力量训练是是为专项训练打基础,从而保证柔道运动员全面发展,提高其运动能力水平,运动员的力量越好,其专项训练的强度和量就可以提高,从而提高运动员的竞技水平,并保持运动员良好的运动竞技状态,但是在体校中柔道运动员都是青少年,身体的发育是特殊阶段,因此要重视并根据其身体发育的规律和特点,特别力量训练对其身体的影响,运用不同的力量训练手段来提高其力量素质,现将力量训练新方法和新手段运用于柔道的训练教学过程中,旨在提高柔道队员的技术能力,总结力量训练的方式和手段,制作合理的训练计划,更为柔道运动的科学训练提供部分借鉴。研究对象与方法:本研究对象是莱芜市体校柔道队的队员,通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法、实验法,选取莱芜市体校柔道运动员16名,随机抽样,随机分组为对照组和实验组,选取学生身体形态和柔道运动指标显著性分析,对照组与实验组之间都显示无显著差异。两组运动员在结合自身柔道技术制定相同的柔道专项内容,其中对照组采取传统力量训练的方法,实验组运用现代力量训练手段的方法。经过一年的训练时间,测试两组队员的相关指标,并且对所测数据进行全面的统计分析。研究结果:1、对照组与实验组组间横向比较,实验后10s打入和握力两个指标没有显著性差异(p0.05),实验组的抖绳和扫腰指标成绩有显著性差异(p0.05)。2、实验组数据纵向比较1年的核心力量训练数据,实验组的30s投入和内股指标成绩有很大提高,实验前与后有显著性差异(p0.05),扫腰和抖绳指标实验前后具有高度显著性差异(p0.01),握力和杠铃高翻指标成绩实验前后无显著性差异(p0.05)。研究结论:1、现代力量训练手段和传统训练手段共同提高的较大的柔道专项力量指标有抖绳和杠铃高翻,柔道基本技术有背负投和内股,这些指标在同级指标中提高最快,说明现代力量训练手段和传统力量训练手段对这几项指标的作用最明显,提高效果更好。2、现代力量训练手段均可以提高柔道专业学生的机体各项力量素质,但对柔道运动员的专项力量和基本技术的影响更大,因此可以作为柔道专项力量训练的主要手段。3、传统力量训练也可以提高柔道专业学生的机体各项力量素质,对专项力量素质和基本技术的提高略有不足,因此可以作为结合现代力量训练的手段。4、现代力量训练手段和传统力量训练手段对柔道基本技术都略有提高,但是幅度较小,因此对于柔道专业运动员来说,力量训练只能作为柔道基本技术的基础,无法大幅度的提高柔道基本技术。
[Abstract]:Purpose and significance: judo is a competitive sport dominated by skills, which highlights the role of strength, and strength training is to lay the foundation for special training, thus ensuring the overall development of judo athletes and improving their athletic ability. The better the strength of the athletes, the greater the intensity and quantity of their special training, thus improving the athletic level of the athletes and keeping the athletes in good athletic condition. But in sports schools, the judo athletes are all teenagers. The development of the body is a special stage. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to and according to the law and characteristics of the development of the body, the influence of special strength training on its body, and use different means of strength training to improve its strength quality. New methods and means of strength training are now applied in the training and teaching process of judo in order to improve the technical ability of judo players, sum up the ways and means of strength training, and make reasonable training plans. More judo scientific training to provide some reference. Research object and method: this research object is the member of the judo team of Laiwu Sports School. Through the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics and experiment, 16 judo athletes from Laiwu Sports School were selected and randomly sampled. The students were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the experimental group. There was no significant difference between the control group and the experimental group. The two groups of athletes made the same judo special content in combination with their own judo technique. The control group adopted the method of traditional strength training and the experimental group used the method of modern strength training. After one year of training, the related indexes of the two groups were tested, and the data were analyzed. The results of the study were as follows: 1. The horizontal comparison between the control group and the experimental group, There was no significant difference between the two indexes of penetration and grip strength 10 seconds after the experiment. There was a significant difference in the scores of shaking rope and waist sweeping index between the experimental group and the experimental group. The data of the experimental group were compared vertically with the core strength training data of one year. The scores of 30 s input and internal stock in the experimental group were greatly improved, there was significant difference before and after the experiment (p 0.05), there was a high significant difference between the sweep waist index and the shaking rope index before and after the experiment, and there was no significant difference before and after the experiment on the score of grip strength and barbell high turning index (p0.05). Research conclusion 1: 1, modern strength training means and traditional training methods jointly improve the larger specific strength indexes of judo, such as shaking rope and barbell high turning, and basic judo techniques, such as carrying investment and inner stock. These indexes are the fastest in the same grade. It shows that modern strength training means and traditional strength training means have the most obvious effect on these indexes, and the improvement effect is better. The modern strength training means can improve the body strength quality of judo major students. However, it has a greater influence on the special strength and basic skills of judo athletes, so it can be used as the main means of special strength training in judo, and traditional strength training can also improve the strength quality of the body of students majoring in judo. The improvement of the quality of special strength and the basic technology is slightly insufficient, so it can be used as a means of combining modern strength training. The modern strength training means and the traditional strength training means have both slightly improved the basic techniques of judo, but by a relatively small margin. Therefore, for judo professional athletes, strength training can only be taken as the basic skills of judo, can not greatly improve the basic skills of judo.
