8周时间不同强度跑步运动对男性服刑人员心理健康影响的研究

【摘要】:目前,我国服刑人员的心理健康状况普遍存在抑郁、强迫、人际关系敏感等问题,若这些心理问题得不到缓解,思想改造不彻底,极易导致刑满释放后不能融入社会,更易导致刑满释放人员再犯罪;服刑人员这一特殊群体,关系着我国法制经济建设、社会秩序维持、社会繁荣稳定和发展。我国监狱部门对服刑人员采用的改造方式是“惩罚与改造”相结合,依法对服刑人员实施以劳动、政治思想教育、文化知识教育、职业技术教育、管理,其最终目的是帮助服刑人员树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观,彻底改正不健康心理问题及犯罪活动。心理辅导、团体治疗等活动的创新,是监狱在如何帮助服刑人员进一步改造道路上的探索。为响应“健康中国2030”规划,促进重点人群体育活动,制定并实施普通人群和特殊群体的体质健康干预计划,加大对重点人群,心理问题早期发现和干预力度,体育运动应普及到服刑人员改造中。前人已经有很多关于不同强度体育运动对不同人群心理健康影响的研究,但缺乏对服刑人员的实验研究,本文以服刑人员作为实验对象,随机抽取六十名被试,以高、中、低强度跑步运动作为干预手段进行实验。实验结果表明:(1)男性服刑人员的心理健康水平低于正常人,普遍存在睡眠障碍、抑郁、社交回避及苦恼等不良心理,且有不同程度的症状表现。(2)跑步运动对服刑人员的心理健康有积极的促进作用,且跑步强度不同,对心理健康水平产生的效果不同,具体表现为:中等强度跑步运动改善睡眠质量的效果最为显著,对男性服刑人员的睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、日间功能障碍、睡眠时间因子有显著改善作用;不同强度跑步运动对缓解男性服刑人员的抑郁心理均有显著效果,中等强度效果最佳;对改善男性服刑人员回避、苦恼心理均有显著的作用。高强度跑步运动较中等强度跑步运动而言提高睡眠质量水平的效果较为显著,对睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠障碍、日间功能障碍因子具有明显的积极作用;对缓解男性服刑人员的抑郁心理有显著作用,但效果不及中等强度和低强度;对改善男性服刑人员社交回避及苦恼心理均有显著的作用。低强度跑步对提高睡眠质量水平的效果不显著;对缓解男性服刑人员的抑郁心理有显著作用,但效果不及中等强度;对改善男性服刑人员社交回避及苦恼心理均有显著的作用,但效果不及中等强度和高强度。(3)跑步运动作为一种行之有效的运动干预手段时,应根据服刑人员心理问题的特征,选择合适的运动强度,这样才能体现体育运动对增强服刑人员身心健康的目标,使体育运动成为改善服刑人员身心健康的有效手段。
[Abstract]:At present, the mental health status of the prisoners in our country generally exists problems such as depression, compulsion, interpersonal sensitivity and so on. If these psychological problems are not alleviated and the ideological reform is not thorough, it is easy to lead to the social integration after the release from prison. This special group of prisoners is related to the economic construction of legal system, the maintenance of social order, the prosperity, stability and development of society. The reform method adopted by the prison departments in China is the combination of punishment and reform, and the implementation of labor, political and ideological education, cultural and knowledge education, vocational and technical education and management of prisoners according to law. Its ultimate goal is to help prisoners to establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life, values, and thoroughly correct unhealthy psychological problems and criminal activities. The innovation of psychological counseling and group therapy is the exploration of how to help the prisoners to further reform. In order to respond to the "healthy China 2030" plan, promote the sports activities of the key population, formulate and implement the physical health intervention plan for the general population and the special group, and increase the early detection and intervention of the key population and psychological problems, Sports should be popularized to the reform of prisoners. There have been many previous studies on the effects of different intensity sports on the mental health of different people, but there is a lack of experimental research on the prisoners. In this paper, 60 participants were randomly selected to be high and moderate. Low-intensity running was tested as an intervention. The results showed that the mental health level of male prisoners was lower than that of normal persons, and there were some bad mental states, such as sleep disorder, depression, social avoidance and distress. And there are different degree of symptoms. 2) running has a positive effect on mental health of prisoners, and the intensity of running is different, the effect on mental health level is different. The results were as follows: moderate intensity running had the most significant effect on improving sleep quality, sleep quality, sleep time, sleep time, daytime dysfunction and sleep time factor of male prisoners; Different intensity of running had significant effect on relieving male prisoners' depression, moderate intensity had the best effect, and had significant effect on improving male prisoners' avoidance and distress psychology. The effect of high intensity running on improving sleep quality was more significant than that of moderate intensity running, and had a positive effect on sleep quality, sleep time, sleep disturbance and daytime dysfunction. It has a significant effect on relieving the depression of male prisoners, but the effect is not as good as moderate intensity and low intensity, and it can improve the social avoidance and distress of male prisoners. Low intensity running had no significant effect on improving sleep quality; it had significant effect on relieving depression of male prisoners, but the effect was not as good as moderate intensity; it had significant effect on improving social avoidance and distress of male prisoners. But the effect is not as good as moderate intensity and high intensity. When running is an effective means of sports intervention, we should choose the appropriate intensity according to the characteristics of mental problems of prisoners. Only in this way can we reflect the goal of physical and mental health of prisoners and make sports become an effective means to improve the physical and mental health of prisoners.
